We normally enjoy this location, but today we had such horrible service and we went be going back!

Not sure when the staffed changed at this location. But I stopped in to get a drink on the way to work. No questions in regards to milk choice or even if I wanted whip cream on the white mocha. Even worse the coffee tasted more of syrup than coffee. I had to ask about a straw that lady got and attitude. Even worse the employees were talking bad about the customers while other customers where in the building. Plus talking bad about the other employees that work there. Super unprofessional customer service & employees. Worst Starbucks Experience hands down.

Ordered a hot carmel macchiato with 2 extra shots of espresso. Luke warm milk with little to no carmel and no extra espresso. I've ordered the same thing for 20 years and this was milk and coffee. The most aggravating part was instead of my name being put on the cup I had an "inspirational message" which probably took a second to write- time that could of been used to ensure a order was made correctly.
This is an outdated location with no drive thru, which adds to the aggravating experience.

This location used to be very good, however my experiences in 2025 are underwhelming. The service is slow, they make errors in orders (even with ingredients clearly on sticker). My latest drink was meant to be a mocha Frappuccino, but you would never know it by the taste. It tasted like blended coffee with a little milk, no idea what they thought they were making. I had to throw it away and bought a bottled version of a mocha frapp from the grocery store.
I hope they get the new staff trained better, otherwise they will lose more customers.

I visited to purchase a cold drink, but the female staff refused to provide a sleeve for my cold drink. She said it’s only for hot drinks. She stated that it’s not allowed, even though I have received sleeves without issue for the past 18 years at various locations worldwide, including Saint Louis. I even offered to pay for the sleeve, or for a whole hot drink and she still refused!!. I have OCD and I couldn’t enjoy my drink as it was watery from the outside. I find this behavior rude and unprofessional. She literally ruined my mood. I had my family and friends visiting me and we went out to get Starbucks coffee like we always do. I thought we will have a great night, but she ruined the day for all of us. Customer Service is very important. I hope she improve her performance. I have to think twice before visiting this location again. All other stores in St.Louis supports my needs, especially when I am paying for them, with a tip.!

The food items i order are always right but the drinks can be hit or miss. Today I had a mobile order for the Glenda pink potion and I received the Elphaba one instead.

Today, I picked up a mobile order, and noticed that the breakfast I received was missing the sauce. I approached the counter to politely ask for it, saying "excuse me" several times, but the team member did not respond or acknowledge me. I waited for approximately 3-5 minutes while the employee engaged in conversation with a coworker, despite the fact that no other customers were at the counter. It was only when I moved to the other side and someone that came from the back finally asked if I had been helped. As a loyal rewards member who frequently places mobile orders, I am disappointed by the lack of attention and service I received during this visit.
Customer service sucks. No one in line still took 10 minutes to get drink.
