The drinks are usually right, but the lobby always has trash on the floors. I had to ask for a rag to clean off a table, because none of them were kept up with. Starbucks is of course about the drinks and food, but the environment is also very important. Cleanliness for a food establishment, as well as many people’s study area and social catch up is quite important. I wish they were better about keeping up with the lobby, I find this to be a continuous thing. Hopefully...

Most of the trash cans (outside and inside) are overflowing and there were also tied up bags of trash behind the counter on the floor. Please hire a person whose only job is to keep everything clean and organized especially the trash. And yes I am in line!
