The atmosphere is great! But the workers here do not know anything!!!! They always get orders wrong no matter how specific you are and its okay sometimes especially if they are new, but this is months and months, they don’t even hand out bags for some of the treats, and are rude and there is usually only 1 person working there! Save your money and go to the Starbucks across the street!!

Guys opens the store don’t know how to open registers, that’s great and we have to wait for 30 minutes. Then another guy, talks on phone, chi chat with girls but cannot take care of mobile orders.

I was greeted by almost everyone working. It was very warm and welcoming. The person who took my order was very cold and kept repeating that I can place my order while they were away from the computer. Didn't love that. Drink was great though!

Ordered a decaf americano with cream. Was so excited to have one on Mother's Day, but really bummed to find no cream added. Altho it was indicated on the order. This is why I'm giving up on Starbucks. For over $5, should get it right. Not the first time.

After struggling to get out of stock items from the Starbucks across the street, this location was fully stocked. It’s located inside of Dierbergs but it’s right in the front. Fast service, very polite baristas, and excellent customer service!
