Pedal ‘n Pi is a hidden gem in the Festus-Crystal City area! The food is delicious, fresh, and obviously prepared with care. Johnny (aka the Bike Guy) is helpful and a master of his craft.
Chris and Rene+their family do such an amazing job of serving our community through not just excellent food, but also their non-profit work.

The pizza was enjoyable enough, however we were surprised at the small 10” size, which when the thick crust is taken into account, it’s more like 7” of actual pizza. Add a couple toppings and you,re pushing $20 for what’s technically a small personal pizza. The bike/pizza concept while cute, is quirky; at the end of the day, I’d rather consume my pizza w/out the wafting smell of chain lube.

Pedal 'n Pie is bike store and wood-fired pizza restaurant inside Festus/Crystal City! Picture this: a spotless bike shop that’s also a pizza paradise. Their wood-fired pizza? Simply scrumptious! We devoured the margarita pizza and got creative with a bacon and onion combo—both delicious. The blood orange soda? A fizzy delight! I’m already planning my return! On a side note, I was all set to snag a cool shirt, but they only had one XL that day. If they ever stock plus sizes, count me in!

Full service bicycle shop plus pizza! What more could one want? Trek bike dealer plus other models. Many biking accessories. Pizza and salad highly rated. Pizza dough made in house, very good. Toppings were plentiful. Several choices of draft beer and wine. We very much enjoyed our visit. Max made the evening. Great server. Very knowledgeable!

Pedal ‘n Pi is hands down one of the most unique and enjoyable spots I’ve visited in a long time. Where else can you grab a delicious slice of pizza and walk out with a top-notch bicycle? This place absolutely nails both! The pizza was incredible—crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings that really hit the spot. I went with 2 pizzas. One was jalapeño, shrooms, and pepperoni. Second one was cheese for my kids. It was one of the best I’ve had in the area. You can tell they put real care into their ingredients and baking process. On top of that, the bike shop attached to the pizzeria was equally impressive. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me pick out a bike that perfectly suits my needs, and price-matched the manufacturer lower current price. I ended up with an awesome ride that I’ve been loving ever since. They even helped with custom adjustments and gave great advice for local trails. Pedal ‘n Pi is more than a restaurant or a bike shop—it’s an experience. Whether you’re in the mood for great food, great gear, or both, this place delivers. Can’t recommend it enough! Love this place! This is our “go to date spot”. Their spinach and artichoke pizza is the best!
Update: recently was made aware they didn’t like my review so they posted it on their fb page I’m guessing to make themselves feel better? And get some validation from their fb fans. Probably the pettiest thing I’ve ever seen, would not recommend coming here if the owner can’t even take a 3 star review and I was being generous.
I’ve heard nothing but great things about this place so my husband and I were so excited to finally get their pizza. When I walked in to get my order I was greeted by no one even though there were people behind the counter and customers at the bar.I walked around the bar area and I was so confused where to get my pick up since no one asked me if I needed help so I ended up walking too far to the back. A younger guy I’m assuming the son was the one to actually help me and show me where to go I’d probably say he was the only pleasant one I met there. The lady who took my money was talking to the other guests like they were friends so I’m assuming they are nicer to their friends than they are other customers. I feel like the pizza was really hyped up and it was just okay, they have good reviews so maybe it was just a fluke but over all experience and taste I wouldn’t recommend.
