Pogolino's Pizza is an icon since 1970. We used to go there regularly when we lived in Pevely. Now we have recently visited and have to drive over an hour to get there. I am so glad to see that the quality of the food has not diminished since we've been gone. Looks like the menu selections for their specialty pizzas has slimmed down, I'm guessing blamed on covid. We haven't had a Pogolino's pizza in over a year. Too expensive. We decided to treat our selves last week. Boy, has this pizza changed. Sausage was supposed to be Italian. This had to be hot sausage cause it was Hot. Thinking about trying someone else. It maybe another year before we do Pogolino's again.
