QDOBA Mexican Eats

I walked I tonight after a long day at work to find two male employees sitting in the counters, one with his back to me by the food and the other facing him on the island while the other two other three we making inappropriate jokes. Then some co-worker or friends came in and got in line behind talking to him the entire time joking about fentanyl and steroids. This is the second time I’ve come here in the evening and it was terrible again. I thought I’d give you guys another chance but clearly management doesn’t care here. I will never come back here again. Chipotle is being built right down the road. They’ll get my business.

Walked in-glanced around and walked out. The food prep area was filthy-cheese, lettuce, etc scattered everywhere. The two employees behind the counter were on their phones and talking to each other. They looked up when I walked in and then kept right on talking to each other. There was a half finished to go order sitting on the counter. The entire atmosphere gave off an unsanitary vibe and the employees complete indifference to a customer was the final straw.

I placed an order online and when I got my food, it was half full. Anytime I come in and order in person, I get a normal portion, but when I order online, it is always half full like they use half the scoop. We’re paying the same amount and we should be getting the same amount of food.
And also, once I started to eat the food, there was no chicken or lettuce. I paid extra for chicken and I didn’t even get it. This is crazy.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the eating area. When we arrived there was nobody in line, maybe 2 other patrons. While I am certain the online orders were keeping the staff busy, every single table was dirty. Definitely not worth dining in. The chips were undercooked and just flimsy with grease/oil. Bummed because we used to frequent this place often, and we will not be returning.

can't go wrong with the Doba, the return of value per meal is great, also the lime steak!

Store has gone through a lot of managers and such over the last few years. I am impressed by how hard the current staff is trying to improve the food and experience.

This Qdoba has been serving me for years, it is the best in all of the land. I have a huge burrito order but they assured me they had the skills to wrap it, little did I know I was about to meet Doug and Asher, the greatest burrito wrappers among the Qdoba corporation, if I was to describe my experience today it was nothing shy of perfect, these 2 men is what the foundation of Qdoba was built on.

Ordered on doordash for pickup. Order was incorrect. Bowl was filled with rice and barely any chicken.

Out of steak. Out of peppers. Guacamole was just plain avocados with nothing (seasoning) added. Chicken was over cooked and difficult to chew. Taco shell was burnt. This was my fault for excepting it. The food counter area looked as if a bomb had gone off. If this is a franchised location, I would definitely be checking on my restaurant more often! Will not be back.

I visited this Qudoba on a Saturday evening around 7.15 PM, and while I usually enjoy their food, this visit was disappointing. We had to wait 20 minutes for a crispy taco shell to be prepared, which felt excessive, especially during peak dinner hours. To make matters worse, they had run out of vegetables, which was surprising given that they still had two hours until closing at 9:30 PM.

The food, once we received it, was tasty and fresh as always, but the lack of basic ingredients and the long wait time really took away from the experience. For a restaurant that closes at 9:30 PM, it’s concerning that they’d run out of essentials like veggies and taco shells so early in the evening.

QDOBA could benefit from improving their inventory management and ensuring that popular items are available, especially during busy times. While the food quality is great, the service and availability definitely need improvement.

ordered and paid online. i get there and they tell me that they have no cheese and therefore cannot make one of the items i ordered. i received no notification beforehand and there was no warning on the site. i was offered a fountain drink while i waited, but by the time they replaced my quesadilla, the rest of my order was ice cold. they offered me a free entree card but they didn't have any in-store so i got a post-it note instead. would not recommend this location.

One guy working in here with two girls. The guy is very dirty, stuff all over his shirt, his hair is greasy and to top it all off he has gloves on but they are ripped to shreds, falling apart with his fingers completely out of the gloves. They have this guy in the middle of the line serving and playing up food basically with his bare hands. Touching the cheese and lettuce and everything. Absolutely disgusting.

My wife went here on her way home after we had both been craving Qdoba for the last week, and usually, this is our favorite location. Both of us got Cholula Chicken Bowls, and the chicken was burnt, horribly. I know they flame grill it, but when I say each bite tasted like ashes, it was inedible. I tried calling 3 times, as we are about 25 minutes from the location. Each time I called, the line just rang and rang and rang. I’m highly disappointed in the food quality, as this is not like them, and even more disappointed in the service, well… the lack thereof.

I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location, unfortunately.
