Good food! Love the queso! Friendly staff. The teenagers are always super friendly and seem to help each other. We drive here from Wentzville because it is so much better than Chipotle!

i came here back in 2023 and i just remembered when i came in to order a nacho bowl, i wanted cholula chicken and the dude with curly hair behind the counter was like 'yEp chOlULa ovEr thEre' i said no- cholula chicken he said 'cHoluLa oVer tHere' that pissed me off so much just rethinking of it. i hope that boy doesnt still works there, dismissive jerk. the register girl was nice, still tipped the demon along with the others.

The st Charles location is excellent but this location is dirty. All the portions looked dried up and cold. Walked in and immediately walked out.

I picked up a catering order on 5/10 and did not receive all the items I paid for. I called the store to inform them and they said “you’ll have to contact Amy we can’t do anything today”. I asked them to have Amy call me, they agreed, and Amy has not reached out. This store refuses to refund money for missing items.

EDIT/UPDATE: Amy and the catering aspect of QDOBA has been great. Excellent customer service. This store still just sucks in general. No customer service and no accountability.

2 hours after opening, still have front doors locked. All the meats were overcooked.beans & rice were cold Floors were filthy. Everything wrong with a food place displayed here. Calling corporate after this review lazy people at least put it some effort drove 20 minutes and wasted half my lunch break to get here

The food was a disaster. The chicken was so burnt it could’ve doubled as charcoal, and the rice was dry enough to use as packing material. We gave up and tossed it. Let the manager know, but she looked like we just told her the weather forecast—zero reaction.

Hair NETS?? I’m sorry but where are the hair nets? It’s crazy it’s not even the women who I’m referring too..there like 5 white guys who work there and they are CONSTANTLY flipping their hair back and forth while preparing your food! One guy has like a long bang and I just wanted to tell him nevermind trash the bowl because how unprofessional! Where are the managers? I come here atleast twice a week because of location is closest but please enforce hair nets, for the sake of the customers!!!! I’ll take pictures for the next review!

Recommended dishes: Burritos Bowls

Ordered through Instacart. Food was delivered fine. Chips were burnt. Couldn't eat them. 2 burrito bowls minimal chicken, almost all rice. Forgot beans. Forgot Guacamole. Called store and they said they would have a free envelope card for me. I spent over $40. I forgot to tell her about the chips. Since I did it through Onstacart she couldn't refund me. Can't afford this lunch again.

Ordered a shrimp bowl in a tortilla shell with half cilantro half brown rice. Hardly edible. Damn rice was crunchy as well as the shrimp. No shell was in a bowl. They put the wrong damn address on it. These people that work here are incompetent as they clearly can't or don't read orders. Will not be ordering from here again. Bad food!!!!

I walked I tonight after a long day at work to find two male employees sitting in the counters, one with his back to me by the food and the other facing him on the island while the other two other three we making inappropriate jokes. Then some co-worker or friends came in and got in line behind talking to him the entire time joking about fentanyl and steroids. This is the second time I’ve come here in the evening and it was terrible again. I thought I’d give you guys another chance but clearly management doesn’t care here. I will never come back here again. Chipotle is being built right down the road. They’ll get my business.

Walked in-glanced around and walked out. The food prep area was filthy-cheese, lettuce, etc scattered everywhere. The two employees behind the counter were on their phones and talking to each other. They looked up when I walked in and then kept right on talking to each other. There was a half finished to go order sitting on the counter. The entire atmosphere gave off an unsanitary vibe and the employees complete indifference to a customer was the final straw.

I placed an order online and when I got my food, it was half full. Anytime I come in and order in person, I get a normal portion, but when I order online, it is always half full like they use half the scoop. We’re paying the same amount and we should be getting the same amount of food.
And also, once I started to eat the food, there was no chicken or lettuce. I paid extra for chicken and I didn’t even get it. This is crazy.
