This is my favorite starbucks because it is close to home and conveniently located in a target/cvs i go to almost daily. Tonight, April 15 at 6:22 pm for the second time lately at this location, I had thhe same girl who made my coffee while she was busy yakking with the other employee who was obviously wanting her to just do her job. Both instances you could tell the other employee was bothered by her. While she is talking, she stops in the middle if making orders, paying no attention to the people standing there waiting for their orders. I order the dame drink, every time, at many different locations and generally speaking, they taste almost the same…. except when this girls makes them! Tonight it was so bad I couldn’t even drink it.

Today, I was having a bad day. I took a health and wellness day at work last minute because, well, even baddies get the saddies. So I do what any normal girl would do when she feels down... I head to Starbucks and plan on shopping. I go to the Starbucks in this target and saw that they were just opening. I thought they would probably be annoyed at me - that customer that is standing RIGHT there the second they open. But much to my surprise, the barista was so kind... Not over the top talkative, but she simply treated me nicely and commented my nails. I was even surprised that my BSOE was perfect - they are practically never right anymore. But today, it was made perfectly. Thank you for a pleasant experience this morning. ❤️

This location has awful customer service. You order mobile and they refuse to look at you. One time I needed a straw and with everyone running around and walking by me they refused to even figure out what I needed. If someone is standing there for a minute they should at least acknowledge that person or God forbid LOOK at them.
