Gotta give it 1 star for the food. Got 2 cookies to go and I guess shame on us for not checking the box ourselves but neither cookie was even remotely close to what we ordered. The Contact Us link didn't work so we tried the email address on the website. No response after a few weeks. I have to assume they have no idea what's going on over there.

This place has the absolute best cookies and the customer service is next to none! One of the wonderful blonde ladies was super helpful and really kind in dealing with a large group. I will recommend this spot to everyone!

Walked in, 2 teenage girls working there and 2 teenage girls ordering cookies. One of the workers was up front next to the girl at the register talking on her phone. The other worker was apparently friends with the girls ordering cookies, as they were screwing around taking forever to order 2 cookies and a drink, all the while my wife and I were waiting to order. The service was horrible and the cookies were mediocre at best. This is my one and only time going there. If my wife hadn't been there, I would've walked out.

Cookies are very cute, but taste somewhat underdone. There are a ton of drink options, you can basically create any type of soda you want. The employee was incredibly rude, actually rolled her eyes, so I wouldn’t return for this reason.

The cookies are served cold, and have a very mealy texture. The frosting was good but ruined by the cookie's blandness. The Sprite based drink was ok, but nothing special.
This one just was a bit disappointing. I feel they should tell you up front that their cookies are out of the icebox cold. You wouldn't think of the cookies being cold. Of all the other cookie places like crumbled, hot box, bakeries, Etc, they're all room temperature or warm. Although the cookies were appealing visually appealing, we took a bite, and there was an undercooked taste. Which later I read in another review. Easy fix: Have a microwave ask customers if you want to warm them. Nobody wants to wait 15 minutes for your cold cookies to be at room temperature before you can eat them.

I was excited to try their cookies but was sadly very disappointed. Ordered a half dozen various types and all were very underdone and had little taste other than being over the top sweet. Maybe I don’t get it because this is one of the worst cookies I’ve ever eaten. The chocolate chip cookie didn’t look or taste cooked. It was a mound of cookie dough that hadn’t even cooked long enough to spread out or get a texture. Double checked the receipt to make sure I didn’t actually order cookie dough because that’s what I got. Maybe an off day or maybe this is a new underdone type cookie that’s all the rage but lost on me.
