“This is THE Mexican restaurant to visit in DeSoto. The other place in town has the tables too close together and the service is mediocre at best. We found El Lobo Rojo a couple years ago and absolutely love it. The service is spectacular, the food is great, and the dining area is clean.“

“When I went through the drive through at 2:45 A.M Eli who is a manager that greeted me over the speaker and told me when they had. When I pulled up to the window I was met with nothing but hostility and great service. Our food was hot, full of flavor, and even the early morning all the staff were kind and friendly! I highly recommend!“

“Usually this spot about 1-2x a month. The service is quick and friendly. The strawberry margaritas are great!
However the recent health inspection report from 02/26/26 scored them at 14 which is gravely concerning, with many violations I personally cannot overlook when it comes to raw food cross-contamination. Going to have to take a break from coming here until I see their re-inspection score is nearly 100.“

“I'm not so young as I once was, so I am not cool anymore and I get that, but I'm not so uncool that I'm a creep or a problem. That is the vibe I get standing there waiting for orders at times. I don't enjoy people. I think they suck. I don't want to sit down and my goal is to be as quick as possible with the deliveries. I've caught attitude and been made to feel like I'm out of law for being there. That said, they seem to get along with each other and are good at moving meat. They do the franchise justice for sure, they just don't make it comfortable at times.“
