Got home and items were missing from my order. Customer Service now days suck. The employees are so busy talking among themselves that they are mot paying attention to what they are getting paid to do. Gossiping. Partly my fault because I did not recheck my order.
The food tastes good but make sure you have everything. I ordered a 16pc family meal and they forgot one of my sides. I was told I would have to bring the entire order back with the receipt but my kids were already eating.
I've never gone to Lee's fried chicken and received a bad meal before.I was just out done. The chicken was very dark, and I couldn't tell that the oil needed to be changed . The flour needed changing also. There were clumps of breading on the chicken. And in the box.If I did not live so far away , I would have returned it. We managed to eat it because it was late and it was edible . But not up to Lee's standards. I worked for the company before in a manager...
