Was there yesterday. 2 people working making pretzels.... bites in tray not loaded yet into cups. I asked to purchase a cup of bites. Was told 20 mins. My kids came back 20 mins later and were told the same thing... not selling yet as a bunch of cup bites were in her hand as well as entire station full of pretzels just stilling there getting cold.
