The woman that started my order did not say a single work to me. She rolled her eyes and told me they were out to steak and then gave me barely any chicken when i had to switch. The second lady didn’t speak at all either. The last lady the I paid was sweet and seemed to actually care that’s the only reason they got a 2 for service. My food was cold and tasted old. The guac was brown and she warm. The rice was cold and hard. This place isn’t regulated and all the workers always have an attitude and hate their lives. After i paid and started eating I realized my chicken was pink and cold. Not a good place to eat.

Worker ignored me standing infront of counter for 2 minutes and when she did acknowledging me she had headphones in and was very rude and rushed me despite no one being behind me in line. I asked for my usual order a bowl with white rice, black beans, and chicken. She started my order and when I got to the protein informed me that they were out of half the options so I ended up getting something that I didn’t like because I felt bad not getting the bowl because it was half way done, wish I had gone to Chick-Fil-A next door like my sister had.

Let me start by saying that I always choose Qdoba over Chipotle when given a choice. However, I was at West County Mall and Chipotle sounded good for lunch. My burrito bowl plus a large drink was $19. Nineteen dollars for a food court lunch! Definitely my fault for missing the sign that said queso and guac were $2.50 extra, EACH. As I said, I usually get a lunch like this at Qdoba, and I've never had anything close to a $19 tab.
If you're shopping at West County and a burrito or bowl sound good to you, save your money. Wait until you leave and find a Qdoba instead.

Its the worst chipotle i ever had.
I do like having Chipotle as an option at the mall, but the staff keeps me away. On my last visit, I asked to use a coupon on my app and the girl at the register let out a huge sigh, rolling her eyes before walking away. I guess it was a pain in the butt for her to go get my side of chips lol. I wish they wouldn’t be so rude to customers, as I like the food every now and then.
Person who made my bowl completely skimped me and was very disrespectful when I asked for me my bowl isn’t even halfway full and I paid $20 for it then the lady who checked me out was also very rude
Worst customer service, portions, and micromanagement in all of STL. Manager had a huge attitude when I simply asked for them to give me the portion I was paying for. Always dirty, always get dirty looks as well. This corporation needs to overhaul who they’re hiring, especially as managers. Watching over the line team like hawks just to make sure we don’t get enough food and the company can rip us off. What a nightmare of a location. Drive down the street to another location even if you’re in the mall, trust me.
The woman making my food fat shamed me after asking for another scoop of rice. Then when I didn’t know what something was called she gave me a dirty look.

Service is bad so... bad!!!
Inaccurate in location. This is the entrance to Nordstrom. Chipotle is located in the food court, which has a location in google maps. It's on the opposite side.

False advertising! A big sign advertised Al Pastor limited time only, the picture showed a bowl meal with guacamole on top. We are told if you want guacamole that's $2.65 extra, how deceitful, price should include everything shown on the large picture! On the positive side, the meal was delicious, even without the guacamole.

The "chipoltane" is an abject failure of you have to wait 15-20 minutes in line for someone to hand you a bag because the person that does this is prioritizing making food for people

This is the best staff and food this location has ever had. My son absolutely loves a good cheese quesadilla and no one compares to chipotle in his mind. I also had a a killer chicken burrito, the best one I ever. The quality of of the chicken being cooked perfectly to all the topping being fresh. The gentlemen making the burrito made it perfect so it stayed together perfectly. If you're having that craving for chipotle this the best one . Believe me not all locations are good. The staff works very well together and a gentleman I believe was the manager really was good working with the team having a positive upbeat attitude.
