Great American Cookies

Past two weeks they have been out of cookie cake slices everytime I order doordasg it's ridiculous if u don't have it then take it off.

Paid 40$ for a Cookie Cake drove over an hour away for the cookie to be hard as if it was made days prior very disappointed.

Cookies are perfect especially sugar cookies🙌

I ordered online a Valentine's Day cookie cake for my husband and called in advance to make sure it would be ready for a pick up at 5pm. The woman I spoke to on the phone was nice and asked if I needed it earlier? I told her I was just confirming it would be ready at 5pm and she confirmed yes. When I arrived at 5:30, I picked up the cookie cake and the gentleman on duty was polite. The cookie cookie was delish and just like I remember as a kid. Cookie cake was moist and icing was delicious.

We were at the Mall and stopped by for a couple of cookie slices. I ate one when I got home. They taste bland. I have NEVER had a cookie that you couldn't at least taste the chocolate chips , let alone the cookie!I Won't go there again! $10.37 thrown on the trash!

My wife loves their double doozies so I make sure to pick some up whenever I get a chance. If there aren't enough premade, the employees are always willing to finish off making a few extra. Always a good experience here.

Whoever is decorating the cakes here always does such an incredible job! Whether we request an emoji or some other design, it always looks great!!

Had a great experience today. I picked up my cake and it looked exactly like I wanted it to. Great employees the front counter lady was very nice.

If anyone knows the corporate number of Great American cookies located at 80 W Country Center, Des Peres, MO 63131. please post it, I would love to speak to the corporate manager.Feeding a cookie to my great nephew, broke off a small amount and when I got ready to give him a second piece there was a Long hair sticking out of the cookie. Tried to return my cookies today October 14, 2021 because I bought them on Tuesday (and was never given a receipt) of the same week she refuse to look at the cookie to see the hairs in the cookie. Please be aware of hair. always asked for a receipt, that way maybe you can return your hair cookie.

This was the worst job I’ve ever worked at. They had me doing everything serving cookies, cash register, and making drinks all at the same time. Then the manager told me to hurry up. Like we had three other employees who would stand around and do nothing. They’ll put me on the front alone and I would get exhausted. I had a feeling they would treat me like that because of the color of my skin. I had to ask to go on break no structure at all. Then when I got back from break they’ll put me back to my spot knowing i was about to have a break down but my coworkers got to chill. Every rule there was unreasonable like you can’t do this you can’t do that, like can you hop off my neck goodness. Im so glad I quit.

I ordered a cookie cake online on Thursday to be picked up Friday evening. Website states store closed at 8pm. I arrived at 7:30pm to pick up my cake that was already paid for. The woman working stood in the back of the store and yelled at me that the store was closed. I replied.....online it states you close at 8pm and....before I could finish my statement she interrupted me and yelled (with an attitude) yeah I know but.....I then finished my statement that I had a cake to pick up. She sighed, rolled her eyes, forcefully pushed the broom to the side, walked up front and rudely said what's the name. I answered her. She showed me the cake. To top it off the cake was iced incorrectly per the instructions listed on my receipt. So I paid for a cake that wasn't completed correctly, and had HORRIBLE customer service with an ATTITUDE. I will save my $ and go elsewhere from now on.
