Stopped by after driving from one end of the state to the other. The staff was super nice! I was happy to see my regular, #11, was offered (something I've been noticing is that not all JJ locations have it?) Also, if you are unaware, join the Jimmy John's program so you can get perks & freebies. Would happily stop by here again if I were in the neighborhood.
One of the absolute worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been too. Had to wait over 10mins while they stood around not making my order. The bread was so hard I nearly broke a tooth & the order was wrong. After all these negative reviews you would think they would do something about the service.
They are not freaky fast, that’s for sure. They’re accuracy is also not particularly good either when it comes to getting my order right, and occasionally it has take almost 2 hours for them to deliver my sand which when i’m only a five minute drive from the store.When I called at one point to have them fix my order when they had forgotten my drink and had scribbled a note in the receipt that said I would receive my next drink for “free” (which doesn’t make sense, because I had already paid for it so in essence, I was simply receiving my drink at a delayed time), they told me they did not do refunds and hung up on me. When the drink did arrive (over two hours from when I ordered it) it had clearly been in a drivers car for a very long time and had gone flat.
Extremely disrespectful management. Ordered online at 11:15am for a 12:15pm pickup. When I arrived my order wasn't ready and there were about 5 employees just standing around. Had to wait 15 min for my food no apologies and then was told i could either pay or get out. Never again. This store needs to be closed down.
Oh this mess. I will say they have adamantly tried replacing the order they miss delivered and I finally got my order on the third attempt and a new driver 3 hrs after I ordered it. I called the store multiple times once getting someone rude and told me to go get the sandwich where it was delivered (the wrong location) and it was fine that each attempt took an hour (besides the last took 15 min tops) but to be wrong once and then to be wrong a second time and everyone be rude. I asked for a refund and was told it could take weeks to get it so I was offered a credit that I can only use at this location and I accepted because the gm said she’s the only worker even tho I know there was multiple other people there. Just a mess. I would avoid for a while as I always have issues with this location, this one just takes the cake.

Ordered and paid at 11:25 through JJ website. 2-hours later the tracking kicked me out. The store will not pick-up the phone. Avoid this Jimmy John's.
Just pulled up and tried to go in. Door is locked. We went to this location because we checked online and it said it was open. Not having correct information online in 2022 is the equivalent of not having a website in 2005....
My order didn’t arrive until approximately 30 minutes after their tracking showed it as delivered. One of the sandwiches had bites out of it. The second sandwich was cut in half and pieced together from two different loaves of bread.I’ve been in contact with the franchisee and the general manager for a week and neither will refund the purchase, replace it, or issue a gift card for the purchase price.
I placed an order at 11:39 online. It accepted the order and charged me but I haven't received my order yet - it's now 1:40. I called the store multiple times and no answer. My co-worker called the store and they answered and said they remember the order and made the sandwich but could not give an ETA on the delivery. I've tried calling again to cancel my order but I cannot get through. I understand being short staffed but to not even call to say they are running behind or just simply answer the phone when someone calls is unacceptable. Looking at the reviews for this location I can see they don't much care about customer service. I need a refund for my order since they were so quick to charge me but not even have the decency to call me and tell me they don't plan on following through with the order.
