I work at the mall and mobile order a drink here before every shift. It always tastes great, and the staff is friendly. I can’t speak for how well they do with in person orders, since I haven’t done any in a while, but that being said, I highly recommend using the Starbucks mobile app. It’s very easy to use and very well implemented at the restaurant. Just order your drink 5-10 minutes before you get to the kiosk (depending on how busy the mall is), grab the drink, and skip...
