If I could give you zero stars I would. Your employees who were working 07/14/24 around 4:30 to 5:30 pm were extremely rude and disrespectful. Definitely need an attitude check.
Worse service. Went there April 26, 2024. Beside making me feel unwelcomed even though I spend 50$ on pretzels, they didn't even provide straws for the drinks and napkins. When asked where to find they they rudely replied that they don't have any. Also waited 40 min for the food to be ready. Never going to that location again
Super small burnt and crispy pretzel. Not worth the $5+ I paid for it. And a cup of water is $.75? This location is really hit or miss and lately it's been

Auntie Anne's at the mall offers great small pretzels, highly recommended. Some customers are unhappy about the new trend of tipping for no service. Ordering on the app can lead to a 15-minute wait for a regular pretzel with no alternative offer. Despite the wait, the food tastes great.
