We had ordered through the app for a delivery order. It took 2 HOURS to get it and we had to call twice. The first time they said it was cooking now and then the second time they said there were a lot of orders in front of ours. It was a work night and it was getting late. We were just hungry and by the time it got there, it was ice cold. Everything was poor quality all of the requests that we made were ignored and The pizza was comparable to cardboard. Had no flavor and super hard to divide into.. Super disappointed, probably will not return. 😭

Ordered a pretty large order the other night, when it came, completely wrong. 1st there was plastic in the meat sauce for dipping 2nd i ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and pineapple, got a cheese and pineapple pizza, also ordered 2 chief salads with extra meat and eggs. Got the chief salads, but nothing extra. Complained about only got one pizza with sausage and pepperoni, no pineapple, complained again and got the salads right and everything else right, except for the pizzas, now they added green peppers and instead of mozzarella cheese they put ricotta cheese on it. Totally disgusting, couldn't call to tell them about it, because they were closed for the night. Oh and as for the pizzas with ricotta cheese on them, they ended up in the trash, best of all the first and last set of receipts had the whole order correct, just like i ordered it. Some people really dropped the ball. Guess I'll take my money elsewhere.

I tried to not be a Karen. All I wanted was what I paid for and no more. This place is the worst example of an IMOs ever. They cannot itemize a pizza to save their life and the general manager is little help to correct the errors. All others are not trained well enough to help him.
The food does not taste good there anymore tried to talk to the manager but he was too busy to talk to anybody it's a shame they don't care about their customers
