I tried to not be a Karen. All I wanted was what I paid for and no more. This place is the worst example of an IMOs ever. They cannot itemize a pizza to save their life and the general manager is little help to correct the errors. All others are not trained well enough to help him.

Thank you to Imos of Desolage for the speedy and very convenient delivery, even on the side of the road!!! We had been broke down for a while, and It was definitely @IMO'S PIZZA For the win 🏆 IMO'S LOVES TRUCKERS!

Worse pizza to date. The delivery was late and based on the texture of the crust, it sat for quite a while. It was not hot and the crust is not crisp as usual

I bought a Large Pizza today and the crust was burnt. It was literally black around the edges. The manager asked for pictures so I sent them he said that it was edible that it looks fine to him. I don't like burnt, hard as a rock crust maybe he does but for him to judge on personal preference is wrong. He had no customer service for me. He refused to refund or replace it or anything. This is the worst Imo's I have ever visited and I lived in St. Louis for 10 years so I've been to quite a few. Imo's was my favorite pizza but because of this experience with this Imo's I'm not going to be a customer again. Plus this isn't the first time the Quality of my food has been horrible. I refused to go there for several months then today I figured I'd give them another chance. I won't waste my money there again.

Waited over an hour and a half just to be told my order was given to someone else.
When calling in my order, the female I spoke with was very rude and "huffy". I tried to prepay for my order, and bc she didn't know how (and refused to get help) to enter an American Express C.C. # (which has 1 additional # than a regular C.C.), she just said it was declined. Knowing better, I walked in to pick up my order, entered my card....no problem! I did double check my food while at the counter to make sure she hadn't spit on it too! I highly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere. There is NO PLACE for condescending, lazy nor smart mouthed people, in a place of business (unless they're so desperate for help), that they just could care less. I work too hard for my money to be treated and spoken to so wrong. Truth be known, I should NEVER have continued my purchase with them...after all, $13.50 for a bunch of lettuce and cheese is pure robbery.

I almost never order here anymore for many reasons don't get me wrong the Food is amazing when they actually decide to make it. But they are ridiculous expensive and they never stay open late and won't take delivery after 8pm since they close at 9pm I often order else where due to the litany of issues i have had. Weather it be the app not working. The website not working. They are to busy. Or the website doesnt allow cards. Or refusing my card. No driver. Not taking orders an hour before close. no one answering the phone. Ridiculous wait times. So many times I have tried getting food from them. Since moving here and. several times since i moved here i can honestly say they failed for a multitude of reason. Best advice i can give just. call else where instead of trying them Save your money and time order from a somwhere else or go to the one in festus or farmington i rarely if never have issues with those stores when I do order from them. I used to order from festus location multiple times a week when I lived there and trust me when I say they never had half the issues they have at this store and I can honestly say it's worth driving an hour to get food from there store rather then this one.

OMG. it's a good thing that most people get their orders delivered. I walked in, ordered @ 10 til 6pm and received my order at 6:35pm. All 4 young boys working (I realize it is hard to keep people these days) were not wearing gloves and the boy that took my order had the filthiest hands, so gloves would have covered that up. Dirt around all fingernails and the sides of his hands. Bet the health department hasn't visited this place since it opened. I will not be returning as I am worried about my daughter's pizza making her sick.
