not only was the food disappointing, but I get home and the husband noticed that they charged us $1.25 for a "to-go"? Thank goodness I didn't tip them and we won't be back! If they didn't know this I'll tell them "NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE COMFORTABLE SITTING WITH A BUNCH OF STRANGERS"!
Paid $23 the other day for a single slice of carne asada with queso. Bit my tongue on that one, mind you, it didn’t come with a single side. Called today for a large cheese sauce and they wanted $15, let me say that again, fifteen dollars for CHEESE SAUCE. I’ll never be eating here again with the ridiculous pricing. Go to EL JAROCHITO in Bonne Terre, better service, better quality, better prices!!
The last 4 times my family has came in from out of town we've gotten El-Tapatio, tonight included. Each time
they have messed up our to go order or given it away to the wrong person. We've had to call and try and get it situated. We've had to go back to get the order once it's been corrected, which is inconvenient. I wish that it would have been correct the first time. I used to love this place since moving here but it has just been a hassle here lately.
