The best frozen custard in the area. Possibly in Missouri. Possibly in the USA. Possibly in the world. Used to be Andy's but quality seems to have cheapened at Andy's and Lix has kept up their quality.
Every time I hike near in southeast Missouri, I make a trip to Desloge and to Lix Frozen Custard. It is the best frozen custard I've ever had. I've never been disappointed with their offerings. The selection is vast and new monthly specials make repeat visits a real treat. Staff has always been friendly, quick service and great prices. I really can't say enough great things about Lix.
