The owner needs to do better with thier staff, I went in for my mobile order to pick up from the counter, I waited for over 40mins for my order, The Crew in the back were cussing up a storm and I asked to speak with a manager and he sent one of his employees up to handle the situation rather than talking to me about it himself, I said no thats OK and I asked for corperates number and then also not to mention when I went to get my drinks there was mold leaking out the back of the machine on the counter, Im not sure what to do in this case but I find it highly Unprofessional how the night was handled at this location and Ive been there before and never had any issues I would love to have the owners contact me because this is a serious violation of health codes and Im pretty sure it can get shut down for the mold part I didn't get a picture at that time because I was in a rush to get out and get back home

My husband and I ordered the 40pc chicken nugget bundle with the 2 large fries and asked for them to be cooked to order. Was told by the kid at the first window that with us ordering the 40pc that everything would be fresh. Unfortunately we had cold chicken nuggets and really bad service with attitude from a Kid named Nova who was wearing a crew shirt, not a manager shirt. He told the female order taker to tell us to next time order fresh or go somewhere else! This McDonald's will NEVER get oue Business again! Just a little FYI, as a manager of a fast food restaurant, I know you don't tell the customers that.

Good food but the drive thru sucks it's always busy. Always check ur bag before u leave cause they tend to forget stuff

I ordered via the app and arrived at 3:15 for curbside pickup. At 3:29, it said âdelivered,â but I hadnât received anything. At 3:49 I went inside, and after 5 minutes they found my order. Staff was apologetic and brought it out. Later, I realized they forgot my basket of fries and all sauces for the McStrips. Disappointedâplease do better.

This location has a problem with parking cars in drive through and forgetting them. I have a waited over 20 minutes for $17 worth of food.
The worker Kaitlynn Frantz, was very nice and respectful to me, and made sure I had everything I needed!

Went in for a late lunch. No one would wait on me. When someone saw me he told some chick doing nothing I was at the counter. She pawned me off on the guy trying to make tea then went on a loud fit in the back complaining about having to serve me. I walked out.

This is the worst McDonaldâs in our area. They never answer their speaker unless you waited there for 10 to 20 minutes. Theyâre very rude to you. It is literally a horrible establishment. I donât even know why theyâre still open because I am not the first complaint about this restaurant
