food was horrible there wasn't even sauce on the pizzas or the BBQ boneless wings I usually go with domino's I quit choosing pizza hut years ago and thought I'd give it another chance but even worse now then before I'll stick with domino's or little ceasers

Ordered $85 worth of food for my wings to show up undercooked, my heart shaped pizza came smashed & crushed and my fries were barely a hand full. When I called to get a refund the general manager basically called me a lier and said there was no way all my food was messed up and refused to give me a refund. I got offered $50 credit instead. Will never be coming back to this specific location. It’s embarrassing how they won’t take any accountability

I called in an order drove up to there window and no one came to the window. Had to drive around and go in to get my order. They said their bell at the window does not work how sad I’m sure it would not cost much for them to fix it

I have been ordering from the Parkhills, Missouri location for over five years now. I have always received great customer service and quality food. I don’t know what has happened to the establishment, but the last two times that I have ordered I have had very rude employees when making my order over the phone as well as delivery people. Also, the quality of my pizzas has definitely declined when my pizza arrived today there is almost no crust! During our last visit inside the establishment, I actually had a horrible experience as well. After ordering out drinks, apparently they forgot about us or did not know who was supposed to be serving our table as we received our pizza before we received our drinks. In a panic, the waitress did bring our drinks, Only to find out that one of the cups was broken and leaked all over the table on my cell phone purse, etc. I really hope that the quality of employees and the quality of pizza goes back to the way it used to be otherwise unfortunately I will have to start ordering from Domino’s.

Ordered food at 11 o’clock tonight on a Friday, never got my food, they didn’t refund my money and when I call, it says they’re closed now, 20 minutes before they’re supposed to close. I’ll never order food from there again. This’s one among many times something dumb has happened there…

We had the newest advertised thin crust pizza. 1. It was over cooked & burnt on the edges. The pizza had a 1.5 inch border with nothing, no sauce, nothing. 2. Our very young waitress never came back & gave refills or checked on us. Such a disappointment. 3. We came from Farmington to get salad bar, & it was Luke warm. 4. The pizza was extremely dry since it was burnt.

Horrible service never ordering from this place again and who ever the manager is is pushy and very rude doesn't know how to take care of her customers she should not be a manager we ordered pizza it supposedly left the store at 8:14 it is now 9:21 and and still have to wait for them to show up after sitting on yhe phone woundering were our pizza is because the driver got lost and finally at 923 our pizza shows up an hour and ten minutes late and what do they compensate with cold pizza only 10%off what a scam
