I ordered online there was prob 4workers and I watched a worker bring my order up and noone would get it and hang it out to me took another 15 mins to get my order

Went for the lunch buffet and the food was dried cold and hard we got their 20 minutes after it started and not once did they ever put out any fresh food I will never go their agin

Came in at 1215 for the buffet, there was hardly any pizza left no breadticks hard pasta that was almost gone. I asked the waitress if the was gonna put more pizza out and rudely says yea while walking away. It took them 25 min to put pizza out and 35 minutes to breadsticks out and currently still no pasta. That's half the reason for a buffet is to have food now not 30 minutes later this place sucks. Do better Desloge!

A complete joke. Gave us the wrong pizza, instead of giving us right ones, the manager just wanted to credit our account for a later order (a $20 credit for $30 worth of messed up pizza). Then, when we begin eating the wrong pizza, we discovered there was no sauce at the bottom of each slice, only sauce close to the crust. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me this time. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Salad was all brown. I asked for fresh lettuce and the server stated that she and another worker were the only ones there so, she could’ve go to Walmart to get fresh lettuce. All other food on the buffet was cold and disgusting. I will never eat at this location again!

food was horrible there wasn't even sauce on the pizzas or the BBQ boneless wings I usually go with domino's I quit choosing pizza hut years ago and thought I'd give it another chance but even worse now then before I'll stick with domino's or little ceasers

Ordered $85 worth of food for my wings to show up undercooked, my heart shaped pizza came smashed & crushed and my fries were barely a hand full. When I called to get a refund the general manager basically called me a lier and said there was no way all my food was messed up and refused to give me a refund. I got offered $50 credit instead. Will never be coming back to this specific location. It’s embarrassing how they won’t take any accountability

I called in an order drove up to there window and no one came to the window. Had to drive around and go in to get my order. They said their bell at the window does not work how sad I’m sure it would not cost much for them to fix it

I have been ordering from the Parkhills, Missouri location for over five years now. I have always received great customer service and quality food. I don’t know what has happened to the establishment, but the last two times that I have ordered I have had very rude employees when making my order over the phone as well as delivery people. Also, the quality of my pizzas has definitely declined when my pizza arrived today there is almost no crust! During our last visit inside the establishment, I actually had a horrible experience as well. After ordering out drinks, apparently they forgot about us or did not know who was supposed to be serving our table as we received our pizza before we received our drinks. In a panic, the waitress did bring our drinks, Only to find out that one of the cups was broken and leaked all over the table on my cell phone purse, etc. I really hope that the quality of employees and the quality of pizza goes back to the way it used to be otherwise unfortunately I will have to start ordering from Domino’s.
