My husband and I went yesterday when we arrived were told that custom sandwiches weren't a thing anymore that we could order one off the board and sub out certain items we weren't allowed to see the work station for the first case at all weren't allowed more than one choice of meat and cheese our sandwiches mind u toasted came out soft and only halfway melted cheese cold bacon the sweet tea was soured and the girls were just laughing about the fact another coworker didn't know the lyrics to holler back girls to spell banana peppers a lot disappointed in this franchise all surrounding subways especially this particular one has started to take a downward dive in food service the end of my sandwich cut off basically not even in the middle I had a quarter and 3/4 of a sandwich split all veggies slopped in there and my wrap was open exposing the sandwich to the subway in desloge Walmart so better

I will never be eating here again. The 2 girls that were working the line were very rude and was not very pleasant to work with. And not to mention that when I tried to use my coupon at the end the lady told me no after I had used it at the store before in the past. The sandwhich was ok but they put barely anything on it and the pretzel tasted freezer burnt. Not pleased with this restaurant and will NOT be going back.

Went in there earlier today for a late lunch early dinner. The sandwich hit the spot perfectly. I got a "The Beast" 6 inch sub and was impressed with how great it tasted. The meat and vegetables were fresh and delicious. Workers were nice and very straightforward. Thanks for the tasty sandwich!

I’ve eaten here many times and never had a problem. But two weeks ago I came in and ordered an all American sub I believe it was. The kid making the sandwich had no idea what he was doing. He and the girl came out of the back eating. And the guy started making my sandwich….when I told him he forgot a meat on the sandwich he disagreed… I said you can literally see it has another meat on it, in the picture on your menu. He actually says “oh no, it just looks like that”. I said I’ve been getting the same sub for years! Lol I know what’s on it! Still he disagreed, we paid and I brought the menu up on my phone to show him, that he was wrong. He ended up just walking into the back. I have to say, that will be my last time eating your subway. Had I asked for extra meat, you would’ve charged me. But you can give me a sandwich with less meat and I still pay the same. Lol.
