Drove away & the forgot an entire burger! Had to drive back & they claimed they made my food all fresh, but I tasted the fries afterwards & they tasted definitely warmed up. Not satisfied.
I placed an order for mobile pick up and when I got there I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes for my order. The drive thru was moving steadily but the people waiting inside were barely tended to. One lady stood just waiting on 3 drinks! Food and drinks were just sitting piled up waiting to be bagged. There was zero sense of urgency and the employees were just taking their time (minus 1-2 that were running across the store and actually trying to tend to the guests).
