I love 1808 Public House. It's great that I live only 4 blocks away lol. Easy parking right out front. Always friendly greetings. Comfortable atmosphere. A bar area with seating in the back of the building. They even have a smoking porch. Food is always delicious.
We were passing through on our way home from Gulf Shores Alabama family vacation. We googled for a place to eat and this place popped up. We took our chances and glad we did. The food was amazing. Our waitress was super sweet, we never had to ask for drink refills and was helpful with what to order. My husband even commented that this was the best meal we had our entire trip. In the first two attempts, I did not like the food. The buffet leaves much to be desired. However, I was outvoted and ate there a third time. I am glad I did. I ordered off the menu and It was much better this time. I will definitely be back.
