Excellent manager at Waterloo, Illinois store.Went to drive thru one day and my order totaled under $10 but my debit card was pre approved for $19.I noticed a 3 days later that the pre approved $19 had converted to a charge of $19, I went back to Sonic and asked for the manager, explained the situation and showed her my bank account charge.She graciously remedied the situation.

Food is ok but they will let you sit there for 30+ minutes and then bring the wrong order and have to send it back and wait another 30+ minutes. Food is ok but service sucks.

Visiting sis & bro in Doniphan. Chocolate their sweet rescue pit bull jumps in my 03 Jeep refuses to get out. So I take him cruising. Then the punk demands in his own way he wants a double cheeseburger bun only & a large vanilla shake!I love his little needy personality. He loved the special treat???Kid-friendliness: Should have a DOG friendly menu ????

I asked if ketchup,salt,and napkins were in my bag. The CarHop said did you ask for them, I said no I didn't.She just looked at me and I said next time ask.
