The best subway I have stopped at in years. They made sure my bacon was extra crispy. My bread was even cut at a 45 degree angle. They had their afternoon bread bake going and their cookie case was fully stocked. They really took care of me in there. Staff is genuine and so friendly. Thank you all for a phenomenal subway experience ❤️
Very disappointed in the service. Staff wouldn't put the cheese i wanted on the two sandwiches I ordered. He had already put the meat on the bread. So I declined the sandwiches and then the staff person threw them both in the garbage. EVERY other Subway I've been to has substituted the cheese for me, and I travel A LOT! I also ordered a salad. The female staff person that took my order wasn't paying attention to what I was ordering. Truly a disappointing experience.
Good location connected to the Loves has station. It was quick and friendly when taking my order—overall immaculate store and easy to enter and exit from outside or from within the gas station. It seems to be open much later than standalone Subways as I visited at near 11 pm. I would recommend it to anything traveling on I-35 or who lives in the area near here.
