Food is hot and usually pretty good! The sweet cream iced coffee is really yummy and totally addicting (even though they are out pretty quick in the day). Usually the drive through isn’t busy but insanely slow. Takes roughly 15+ minutes to get one combo with nobody else in drive through but otherwise I have nothing bad to say.

Worst Jack in the box in Missouri! Untrained staff, quality of the food at this location is abysmal even for fast food, & comprehending a second order through their drive through is to much for them to handle. There is a jack in the box off of the rock road & on the other side of the river strongly suggest driving 4 minutes down the road

I just drove away without completing my order. I understand people get super busy, but is it too much to ask to at least be nice about it? Don't yell at me to wait a moment. Theres a way to say things. I drove up, waited 5 minutes with no response and someone else's order still on the screen. At least tell me your busy or occupied in a kind way and I will happily wait patiently. The icing on the cake was when I ordered a drink with my combo and she said she was out in a very snide manner. That's when I had enough.Do not go here.

God i wish I could give it 0 stars I have never had a good experience or gotten correct food here i accidentally ordered grubhub and these mfs gave me just the drink any of these reviews that are positive are both or employees avoid this place at all costs
