Hi Manager of this location. Many local office workers come here at staggered lunch times, I understand the long lines at drive thru but don’t ignore us when we choose to come in and order. We waiting and nobody acknowledged us, eventually left without getting anything for lunch.

They need to slow down an pay attention to there orders there putting out two days in row I was missing items made complaint first time they gave me sausage an I don’t eat pork asked for steak so she replaced ONLY THE STEAK NOT THE MEAL next day smh an next morning I rebought the rest of the same order all to get to work an have hot cakes with absolutely no syrup lol 😂 check y’all’s bags folks when yall visit this mc Donald’s

I placed a mobile order today and was charged for the order. When I arrived at the drive thru window, I was told my order has failed and they’d have to get their manager. The manager came to the window with an attitude. I asked for a refund because I didn’t have my food and the money had come out of my account, and she refused to refund me. I placed a complaint to corporate and am still waiting on my refund. If you want to be treated like garbage for doing nothing wrong, come to this McDonald’s. Whoever that awful manager is will certainly deliver on the disrespect.
