I am posting this for my family…….Pissed off! I will boycott KFC in Eldon. Every time I placed an order with them, they have gotten it wrong. I have yet to go thru there and get what I ordered. Now on top of that I just got lied to. NO MORE!!!
Don't cremate the chicken. And hire better quality people.
Tonight I ordered a 3 pc tenders meal with green beans instead of potatoes, I was left waiting inside for 30 minutes before I got the meal. During that time, 4 employees asked what I was waiting for and gave me no information as to how much longer it would be. I received my meal after an extremely long wait, and it did not have green beans.
I worked a lot of restaurant jobs, and I know with absolute certainty, there is no excuse for making a customer wait 30+ minutes...read full review
