It started off okay, but I’ve been here a lot since they opened & it’s gotten incredibly inconsistent. I think they need better organization for their lines and order taking. I’ve had my drinks go to the wrong cars and had to wait while 5 cars behind me got their drinks. Today, I was at the very front and was completely ignored while the girl chit chatted to the car behind me (who got there much later) and never took my order. No, I am not going to tip for that kind of service, either. If I get there first, my order should be taken first. Also- I wish they labeled the drinks. I’ve had them be off & there is no way to know if it’s actually yours.

Cappuccino had no flavor. Wife asked for vanilla latte with the syrup in the side, the hostess fumbled around and argued about it, ended up asking for one shot, they gave her the regular mix, which was super sweet. Overall a complete waste of time and money.

Consistently poor service at this location. Cups are often sticky, straws aren’t offered unless you ask, and accuracy is an issue. I ordered four drinks recently and specifically asked for them to be labeled — they weren’t and the girl couldn’t tell which was which. I’ll be driving past this location to another one.

Came in on a double point Tuesday while in the area and used GPS to get here. The entrance was a bit confusing (I think I came in the wrong way) but once in line, ordering was a breeze as always. Always love an iced oatmilk latte with lavender!!!

Ultimately the coffee flavor won't bring us back to try again. I wish we'd had spent our money at our normal spot. I'm guessing an actual menu will be posted soon in line or at least a proper website/app to see prices with menu. I appreciate a small town work vibe but slippers at work was a stretch. We tried a cold brew and a latte. They forgot cream in the coldbrew, fine it happens..but ultimately the coffee tasted like how they worked, blasé faire

What can I say for a medium latte for just under six dollars it wasn’t bad but on the higher end of drive-through coffee in the area. Drive-through line was pretty long and very oddly set up. Workers taking orders in the drive-through line where distracted, talking with other vehicles so they managed to miss me, but the young lady at the window took my order and got it out to me in a hurry so I have to say the service was pretty good because the attendant expedited my order.

I’ve been a huge fan of 7 Brew since it came to Ellisville. Unfortunately my husband and I both ordered different lattes this morning (1 cookie butter & 1 vanilla) and they both taste the exact same… like hot water with little to no flavoring. Would’ve done coffee at home if I knew and saved myself the money and time.
The absolute slowest workers, let me be more clear the younger ones in high school all the do is giggle with their coworkers and move at the slowest pace like do you not see the line?! Definitely needs service training.

Great specialty drinks! She recommended the Santa’s cookie blondie and it was very good. The service was fast and very friendly. The portions are much larger than Starbucks portions. My only complaint is their regular cup of coffee is just ok.

One of the best 7 Brews in the area. The location is brand new and I've had nothing but excellent service so far, and the employees have been so nice and friendly.
There have been a few mishaps, but that's to be expected, and with the frequency I stop by, it's top-notch.

So far I've been here 3 times since they built it. Each time, the people working here are SPASTIC. I don't think any of them have ever had a job before, so they don't understand how we can SEE and HEAR them. It's like they are at school and messing around. I do NOT like the fact that they take your order waaaaaay back and don't have a menu board anywhere to look at. No app? It's 2025. Why no app? I have to look at a pdf? Come on. The coffee tastes good, and that's the only reason why I'll keep coming back.
