Absolutely delicious pizza. However, I haven't run across another pizza place that prepares their pickup orders 15 minutes late and isn't apologetic. It isn't particularly difficult to set proper pickup expectations. Pretty disappointing in that regard.

I moved to St Charles but kept my doctor in this area solely for the excuse to be able to come here.

As always the food and atmosphere were great, whoever had aux today needs a raise. But I was there on a first date and the employee who took our order made sure that we were getting the best deal possible, and even came over and gave us a couple free cookies. He understood what was up, thanks bro, you’re a real one. 10/10 service

Service and pizza quality is off the charts! Every single employee treats you as though they own the place. Says a lot about the ownership as they are doing things right!
I had the Buffalo Chicken Pizza 8 inch, side salad, soda, and since it was my first time here, a free cookie. My biggest thing was having value - how far the dollar goes on food to satisfy me vs other places; I'd have to say they have a great value proposition on a variety of items. I even threw in a hefty tip and whole bill was still less than other comparable places! This is a small business and is different than what you get with franchise food places. There are other items I can come back and try and for each experience, I'll hopefully write a review for! I do wish they had more plugs, but some of the areas have brick walls; I did find a plug at end of bar as I do delivery service and need my iPhone charged for the next delivery segments like dinner and post dinner. I apologize that the cookie doesn't show in picture, but I did get one! Reminds me of cookies my mom makes during the holidays. Boardwalk Pizza has a relaxed atmosphere, the Menu options are easy to read and can discuss with staff who are helpful and friendly. The Bar is eclectic and has micro brews. The menu could show the dressing choices as an improvement. I am overall pleased with this establishment!

Have had Boardwalk Pizza several times in the past and loved it. We were in the area today and ordered a cheese pizza and pretzel bites. The cheese on the pizza was burnt and the pretzels were black on one side and dry. Very disappointed and as of now it's just another mediocre pizza place.

We have always been a fan of Boardwalk since moving to the Ballwin area, but the last few experiences have been very frustrating. Every time we have ordered through their website for pickup, they have gotten our pizza order wrong. I have learned to always check my pizza before leaving because of how much this has consistently happened. I wish I was exaggerating. The most recent occurrence was on Friday 10/25. They left off multiple toppings on the pizza and they took it back to fix. I thought they would be remaking it, but instead they added the missing toppings on top of the pizza and put it back in the oven to cook longer. When they gave the pizza back to me, I checked it and couldn’t believe they expected me to take home a now burnt pizza, but with the right toppings. I brought it back up and talked to a different man who offered to remake the pizza. He was really nice and I’m grateful for his help with the situation but it doesn’t take away from the fact that this happens each time. Whenever we order Boardwalk for delivery through DoorDash, we always get the correct order, but never when picking up. I hope you will continue to read orders carefully so that this does not continue to happen to any other customers.
