Ate a burger from this location last night, and a few hours later experienced absolutely terrible food poisoning. Didn't sleep all night, and my stomach is still in major distress today.
Please avoid this place.

I've never received a cold cheeseburger with a cold bun- so cold that the cheese was not melted- at other Burger King locations. Apparently, upon reading other reviews, this is an issue at this location. I'm surprised the STL County health department has not closed them for violations. Great location, but unfortunate that the food is subpar.

Wow! The worst Burger King ever. Which is coincidental because it's right next to the worst Taco Bell ever. Like I said with a Taco Bell review, we're in West County so the bar better be set High. It's very confusing to have bad service bad prices and bad quality of food. Better step your game up burger king, or you won't be lasting another year. Go buy a sausage egg McMuffin from McDonald's to see how awesome that sandwich is. It's just a shame..............

Pulled into the empty drive-thru at 8PM on a saturday and was told "they aren't accept orders" So i guess the staff here just works for free? Truly baffling

I got shakes with 3 meals they rung up four sodas and then had a attitude when I got to the window. When the manager went to correct the food I waited 10 minutes and was then told that they couldn't make the shakes.
I have gone 3 times in the pass 2 years. There is always something missing in my order, wait time are astronomical, they have attitudes.

Burger King has the worst app. The sign-in is convoluted and difficult. I guess this is a franchise place and they are not at all helpful with the difficulty of the Burger King app

I hope the manager reads this. As of around March 2024 the ellisville Burger King location is terrible. The new employees you have are doing a horrible job. I've been coming here weekly for 3 years but will not anymore. The service is despicable.
