Absolutely horrible service experience. The women up front taking my order answered her phone while taking my order and told me to wait cuz it was her friend. Had to wait 10 mins before she decided to come back and finish taking my order. The manager didn't care cuz he was on his phone as well. No one seems to know how to do anything and kept asking the other workers and they said idk. Go somewhere else cuz this is ridiculous

Believe it or not, i came to pick up a doordash order at 10 pm. There was none before me. But i had to wait 20 minutes to pick up my order while im the only customer. Please do not doordash at this location. Burger king sucks

22 minutes and still didn't have our food, manager (stocky older guy in glasses, mustache) was just barking and and berating the kids working for him, then when I asked to speak with him started barking at me as well. I asked for a copy of my receipt (hadn't thought I would need one when I first placed the order) he refused, I asked for the corporate number to complain, he refused. Asked for a refund, he refused. We walked out without our food, or a refund. If anyone at the ownership for this location is reading this, take out the trash.
Super slow, health code violations seen from drive through. Not friendly. Its a shame this is the only BK around.

Order through doordash and only received about half of our order we didn't receive any of our two orders of chicken fries and our one large order of chicken nuggets which is all for my son nobody's answering the phone at the store or anything

They have forgotten our large French fries three times in a row. They also forgot two applesauces. They also gave us a cheeseburger with just the bun, and a patty. They have just been awful over the past month.
