This is by far the best Burger King that I have ever been to. The food is just amazing and let me tell you about this crew that works here. They make you feel like you are part of the family. They are all so helpful and they go out of their way to make sure your experience is the best that it could be. Keep up the good work everyone and remember YOU RULE just like you tell us when we are there. overall great job everyone.

Hands down the best burger king I've been too. I genuinely can not praise them enough. The food also taste much better at this location. I go here at least once a month and have never had an issue. My order is always accurate and the staff are always friendly. On my most recent visit on the 20th, I screwed up my order on the app and they were VERY understanding and super helpful in fixing it for me. I appreciated that so much. The burgers also looked like they were straight out of an advertisement. Highly recommend this burger king.

Place is always struggling. Always swamped with door dash/whatever delivery service that is 100% prioritized over the in-store/drive thru customers. Waits up to 45 minutes for them to acknowledge you... if you don't walk out in anger. Employees are doing the best they can with an obvious short staff. Not knocking them. Also, hard to enjoy anything when you don't have napkins or straws stocked, and asking the obviously frustrated counter person for something is awkward while they're doing three people's jobs. Food is always good and beats McDonald's anytime. Please help this location out.

Placed a delivery order for a meal @ 11:50am recieved my food at 2:03pm. How can they justify that long. ???
Even after that, there wasn't cheese on my burger and there wasn't a drink and no zesty sauce. Food wasn't good. Couple of bits and threw it in the trash. Delivery guys said he wasnt offered a drink! I called 4 times now one ever answered the phone.
I made a complaint via the app, recieved an email then was offered 10 dollars in burger king coupons on a 27.69 delivered meal. I said no thank you cause I will never order here again.
I do not recommend delivery from the ellisville, MO burger king.

Twice in a row now I have been asked to pull forward in the drivethru and then forgotten. I had to walk in and get my food after 15 minutes. A worker was walking out with food for the car behind me. Unacceptable organization.

The gal at the drive through was the RUDEST Person that I have EVER dealt with. She talked robotic and abrupt and was VERY unfriendly and made it VERY obivous that she absolutely HATED her job. This happened today 02/23/2026 at 11:44 AM. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and NOT be allowed to deal with the public. Put her in the back kitchen and she can take out her issues making the burgers. I know I will NOT be back. There used to be an older lady working the drive through and she was very friendly and pleasant.
