On 1/17/26 at around 6 ish pm i was so disgusted their was a black and gray piece of hair in my sandwich i threw up all day thinking there was something in my mouth and im still scared to eat!!! All i ask is that please please please make sure everyone has on a net because to pull someone else’s hair out your mouth will probably have someone suing you guys..

Waited in line for 45 minutes. Ordered three things and it was $45. Got home and they did not add one SAUCE! Such a joke. I’ve always gotten two sauces per item no matter if I specifically ordered chic fil a sauce. Never again.

We frequent the one in Chesterfield, and it’s always great! Have been to the one on Clarkson and always drive away wondering why we go back to this location. Today they were simply rude. You make a mistake, tell me how I can fix it, then turn your back on me. Maybe more courtesy training is needed.

Banana pudding milkshake is good, but not great. BARBIE ON THE OTHER HAND!!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! She’s not like those waitresses that lurk, she comes just when you need something, but before you ask!! Love her so much. Will come back and hopefully will see her!!
(Edit 11-4-25) Okay, idk who does the hiring here, but they need a raise. Every time I come here I see a new face, and they’re all nice! Today I met Jess and she is a doll! Very sweet and got me my drink right away!!!! I also saw Que again and he is soooo nice!!! He remembered my name and I haven’t been here in a month!!!! THAT is customer service. 10/10 every time, and my fries are slammin! There is not a better Chick Fil A than this!!!!
A place you can depend on for fast friendly service and good food. They have a nice mix of healthy or grilled options. My favorite is the spicy grilled deluxe sandwich meal with fruit and a fresh squeezed diet lemonade. Use the modile app to aviod lines. I also recommend the southwest salad.
