All our food was awesome. Only problem was we asked for a knife to cut fish sandwich when we placed out order and did not receive one. We also ordered4 dinners and got two napkins. Come on. Do better.

The service here is absolutely appalling. The employees are bored and look half asleep. Uniforms are completely soiled, often with crumbs, the employees are generally rude, and the owners often stop business to chat with friends for 20+ minutes. Food can take 45 minutes or more to deliver, and it's even worse if you're waiting on drive through. The food is bland, undercooked, cold, gray, and just disgusting. The only consolation is that the root beer is good. Take your business elsewhere. Edit: ordered a burger, it was cold, ordered a remake, came 20 minutes later, was cold.

Staff was not friendly at all, very low energy, acting like they were bored out of there minds. Condiment counter was not clean, and this was before the standard lunch hour rush. Big puddle of water in front of condiment counter. Staff acted exasperated when I reported it. I noticed another big puddle of water in front of the trash cans at the tray return station as we were exiting.
Food was okay. I had the cod sandwich. If I eat there again I would get it on a plate. Way too much sauce on the sandwich. Fries overly salty. My wife thought the pot roast sandwich was...okay.
Music was a little irritating. I am a fan of rock and roll, but what they had on when we entered was not quite metal, but pushing in that direction. But then as a senior, I am probably not their target audience.

I have gone to this location many times and it’s always good, but every time Emily is helping me out it’s amazing! She is so bubbly and kind And makes going to that location a Joy! She better be making good money and if not give that girl a raise!!!!
