Waited 15 minutes for a cone. We went to the counter and asked where our ice cream is and the guy response was were trying to get caught up on side work before it gets busy again..... Then started making what we ordered 15 minutes prior.

EXTREMELY slow service the last 3 times I’ve visited.. I enjoy other Culver's chains but this one has been the worst one CONSISTENTLY by far.
Great fried shrimp, Cole slaw, shakes, frozen custard. Good burgers too. I go here regularly, about once a week.
