The only thing I can say positive is that it is close to me. Yet I regret it every time I shop there. Always out of everything, especially fresh produce. Seafood case is um, humble. Prices are close to Whole Foods without nearly the selection or quality. And then the bonus is that you bag all your stuff most times as they don't have staff to do it.

Sometimes they can be a bit pretentious but for quality and service, their excellent sometimes they are higher than average in prices but the stores are very clean and well staffed

Shopping at Dierberg's = paying premium prices and being forced to do all the work. If you expect me to check and bag my own groceries, then give me a 10% discount.

They kicked us middle schoolers out and we didn't do anything. We're just shopping. I'm

Once again, come to Dierbergs buy $250 worth of food (paid high retail) and end up doing all the work. (I feel like I'm at a gas station) Not one lane was open for anyone to help check out. I had to check out, scan all my items, bag and re-stack them in my cart. I come to Dierbergs for the convenience certainly not for the bargains. If I wanted bargain prices I'll go to Costco, Sam's or Aldi's. I don't expect much service there because the pricing and my expectations to service are low. But if I'm going to pay above retail, I certainly would like to have a good service experience

Update: I reached out to Dierbergs customer service through the Rewards App, and they replied promptly. The store director emailed me personally and apologized, for which I am grateful. Thank you Dierbergs.

8:30 am grocery shopping at Clarkson Clayton location. Not even one lane open to have groceries checked and bagged. If you wanted to buy groceries, you had to use self check out. Gentleman in front of me asked 2 employees near the check out,"No one here can check our groceries?" They answered no. I expect prices to be higher at Dierbergs but selection and service usually make up for the difference. Even Aldi's will check your groceries before you have to bag your own. Disappointed in no service check out. I won't be back.

I visited Dierberg's yesterday. I am usually a Schnuck's shopper but this location was on my way to an appointment. I went through self check out to purchase my grapes and for some reason it took me several tries for the card reader to work. During this time, the attendants seemed to be very busy talking to each other and did not come by or offer to help. Once I was able to check out I was approached by the female attendant who accused me of stealing the 1.24 worth of grapes that I bought with a receipt along with a pin verified caption in tact. After I showed her my receipt she failed to apologize or explain that she was wrong. I have worked in sales and have NEVER accused a customer of not paying or lying about not paying. Truly terrible service.

This review is specifically for Steven in the floral department. I had a friend in the hospital that I wanted to send a very specific basket to. Steven took the time to immediately go throughout the store and find my items for me, called me back within 10 minutes, and made sure that I had everything I needed to go into my custom delivery. His customer service is above and beyond and I hope his managers recognize him and appreciate him for it.

You must find & buy a bottle of their snow leopard vodka it’s amazing. Made in Poland from an ancient grain, distilled 6 times and super smooth . What’s more it supports snow leopards conservation having raised close to $400,000 for the Snow Leopard Trust to date.

An amazing amount of GF. I saw things that our store up home don’t have. GF Croissants, for example. Just had a sweet potato crusted pizza. Wow.

Last time New Cooking School booklet came out this store did not have them out. I went online and no space was available in class I wanted to take. Apparently book had been out for two weeks. When I talked to manager he said they were on his desk. Today I went to this store and guess what old booklets still being displayed. I talked to manager. Said receiving person was on vacation so no one put them out. Guess the manager had two broken arms. Fortunately I had been to wildwood store on Monday and got new book. Books should have been put out on June 6, registration began on June 11. Such incompetence
