I called in an order. Then called and told them I was running late. When I got there, 15 minutes later, they threw the order away. They said they could make it again but I have 2 toddlers and wasn't going to wait another 55 minutes. Horrible customer service!

No where does it say they use provel cheese or that the pizza is STL style. Waited an hour only to find out that the pizza is 100% inedible. Disgusting.

Holy foodies! family owned restaurant Ballwin, MO. Their product puts the famous IMOs pizza to shame.You MUST order the homemade sausage with the sauce and provell cheese... it's perfect.I recommend half pepperoni - bell pepper and pepperoni -pineapple.My mouth is watering writing this.we have a standing mandate to eat hear before any vacation.It is just that good.

We are almost ashamed to say that even though we are life-long St. Louisans, this was our first time eating at Faraci’s. Upon entering, we were greeted cheerfully by one of the servers and immediately felt comfortable. We decided to start with a beer in an ICE-cold mug and their garlic cheese bread, which was incredible. We opted for a large hamburger and bacon pizza. The bacon was crunchy and chopped from actual thick slices — no “bacon bits” here! The hamburger chunks were seasoned perfectly and, of course, the provel cheese — chef’s kiss. But, the handmade crust is what made this pizza top-notch. It was the perfect degree of crispy and you could almost taste the love and tradition that went into the dough. We have decided that Faraci’s will now be our Friday night supper stop. Thanks for a great meal!
Dont get me wrong this place is phenominal, super delicious and very clean.But, a busser to help pick stuff up and clean the odds and ends that regular staff cant get to right away would make this place perfect.

This is real local pizza!Handmade with fresh ingredients by a family operated staff! Simply the best in town. I have been eating here for 30yrs and never had a bad anything. I will always choose Faraci pizza for real St. Louis thin crust!

Best pizza in St. Louis in my opinion. I always get the Faraci Special and usually get carry out. They can get pretty busy around dinner so I recommend that if you thinking about it, you call and ask about the cook times, it could be 20 minutes sometimes it can be an hour and a half.

Great pizza!! Thin crust but not cracker thin with enough sauce to taste it. We had dinner salads, very fresh with their house dressing and a Italian sausage and onion pizza. Forgot to take any pictures because we were so hungry :)

There was a piece of metal in my pizza. The owner Vince insisted I was lying. He made me bring the pizza and piece of metal up to the restaurant. He looked at it and threw it in the trash, and said it didn’t come from his kitchen. I cursed a lot, and I threw $20 in his face. He threw $50 back.If he’s really that arrogant and stupid, someone is going to also get a piece of metal in their food. I hate reporting this type of restaurant, but what the hell was that. All I really wanted was an apology and an acknowledgement that they would look in their kitchen to see what happened.

I'm literally going to visit EVERY pizza place in St Louis that I can. Always exciting when I come across one that has been around 50+ years. They must be doing something right, right!? Admittedly, as much as I love St Louis style pizza I've not really tried a lot of places that specialize in it. Enter Faraci's! In business and family owned since 1968. I drove past it once day, and checking out pictures online it definitely looked good. The place was pretty packed at 530, on a Thursday night. I showed up a bit later than my friend and it did take a bit before I was asked if I wanted a drink. A bit more off putting for me was that while we ordered at the same time my friends pizza was delivered first, with mine almost ten minutes behind it. While I found the service to be a bit slow, the staff was all super friendly! Let's talk pizza! It looked and smelled phenomenal! While St Louis style, I loved that it had a lot more body and I knew it was going to be a lot more filling than St Louis' famous chain. The sauce was delicious, but I felt it a bit lacking on the pizza. Was happy that we kept the sauce from our toasted ravioli. Adding a bit on top of the pizza, definitely was a good move! The toppings were all wonderful, specifically I loved the seasoning on the sausage. I loved the crisp on the edge of the crust, but wish that same crisp had carried through to the underside. All in all, I enjoyed faracis! Definitely would stop back in if I'm in the neighborhood and inspired to try more St Louis style pizza spots!

Very poor service. Our waitress was more interested in standing at the counter talking to her friends than tending to us. It was a cold winter night, and we were the only customers there. You would think that being a slow night, you would try to provide extra good service to hopefully increase your tips. Not the case here. We had to ask a different waitress for additional beverages and had to ask the buss boy for water.
