BEWARE! I went to Kaldi's at 147 Clarkson Rd., Ellisville, MO, 8/25/2025, ordered and sat outside. The 1st sip fried my mouth. Went inside to ask what temp he heated the coffee to so the next time I can say what temp I want it at. He did not have a clue and said we don't have thermometers, I do not know what temp your coffee is. Public BEWARE of the danger!!!

This is a good location for a small coffee shop. It is within a few minutes walking distance from MetroBus route 57. And it is also served by Call-a-Ride.
Today we took coffee and it was not warm enough, and the coffee itself tasted bitter, the beans were overroasted.

The coffee here is consistently great. My favorite quick spot to grab a lavender latte!
Recipe consistency needs work. I only ever get matcha lattes, but every time I get one, it's different.
Great place. Great coffee. Great crew! ❤️
Only went throught the drive through and only ordered coffee, so bear that in mind. My opinion is this: this $5 cup of drip coffee is not good. I'm sure their baked goods or fancy coffees are remarkable, but a Large Black Coffee should stand as the benchmark of a coffee shop, and I just dumped out $4.50 worth of some bad coffee.

Too damned expensive. Sandwich was crap... 🤢
I’m a big fan of Kaldi’s Coffee, so I was thrilled to find this drive-thru location in Ellisville. It would be great to see more spots like this for added convenience, especially as an alternative to the usual SB options. As always, my coffee and zucchini sunflower seed bread were fantastic. If you haven’t tried their coffee yet, I highly recommend it!
Phenomenal espresso macchiato. Terrific service with a smile.
Just drove thru the location off clarkson. Let’s start with the price: got one small “iced coffee” (asked for iced coffee they gave me cold brew) and two egg sandwiches and it was $30. The service was unhelpful and rude. Asked what flavors they have for the iced coffee and he said vanilla and mocha are our top flavors and then didn’t list anymore. Then I ordered a mocha iced coffee he said do you want whipped cream and milk? I said no thank you he scoffed and said so you just want the iced coffee with mocha syrup? I said umm yeah I guess? And let me tell you that’s all there was to it. It was so bitter and had no flavor at all..As for the food? The quality was terrible. Both sandwiches were semi warmed and were clearly microwaved. One was on an English muffin and one was on a bagel and neither was toasted? The cheddar cheese was shredded cheddar cheese that wasn’t even fully melted. The bagels sandwich was only cut half way through. Then the coffee cup that they gave me the drink in was so flimsy that trying to take the lid off( because it was undrinkable) would crush down and snap spilling coffee everywhere. It was not like they were in a rush and the line was so busy that maybe this one time we got bad quality there was no one else there. Finally they of course had the I pad that you have to do yourself and then say “ it just has a few questions for you to answer “ while they act like they don’t know what’s going on. Like I’m gonna tip after paying $30 for them to microwave something and pour a premade swill in a cup?
BTW if you’re wondering why this place even has the good reviews it does read through them. It is clearly friends and family of one employee who post pictures of him and rave how great he is.
They asked if I wanted my cinnamon roll heated and said yes. It was cold like straight out of the fridge. I even left a tip which is disappointing!
