I ordered a 16 piece meal and I asked to substitute 2 of wings for 2 thighs, but they didn't alter it at all and I got 4 of each. It's more of a preference.

The person working there was great. The staff was fine. Their service was good but impared by policy. She was actually apologizing for the companies rediculous policy. 30 cents per sauce pack and not even one for free with your meal. We didn't know until after we paid. So a meal with no sauce except ketchup. We would have likely left if we knew no sauce. Its not cheap to eat fast food these days at all.
The chicken was good. No complaints there. The sides taste like what they probably are, cooped out of an old bin. Mash potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese are blah. The place seemed clean and orderly in the customer area, so no complaints there. A simple policy of the sauces is going to cost customers. The sides I had were also not worth going there for.

They charged for sauces. Not even one sauce given with the meal. Ridiculous. Most chicken places came at least with a packet of sauce. Even at other Lee’s restaurant. Not coming back.

Ordered online and it was ready for pick up quickly. Food was hot and order was correct, and delicious as always. We consistently have good food and service.

Had the lunch special with two pieces of chicken and ordered some gizzards on the side. My sides were mashed potatoes, coleslaw and a biscuit. Very tasty.

On the wall, there was a picture of the founder with Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried chicken .
That was pretty cool .

I am really disappointed. I always loved their food. Yet our gizzards were inedible. Our chicken was not crispy at all it was soggy coating. I always prepared them over every chicken place there is. Looks like we will save our funds and make it at home for now on

What a nasty meal! Only a little bit of rice and okra, and the okra was BURNED. Obviously they KNEW they tossed black okra that was as hard as a rock in my meal container.

This is one of our favorite, to-go places. Perfectly fried chicken livers and strips, and kind servers.

Kid-friendliness: Cozy restaurant with kind servers who don’t mind kids inside the restaurant.

Gave me the wrong meal, when i didn’t get my breast in the combo, and the chicken wasn’t crispy at all, and try hiring some better staff instead of keeping the ones that don’t do anything right.
