What a nasty meal! Only a little bit of rice and okra, and the okra was BURNED. Obviously they KNEW they tossed black okra that was as hard as a rock in my meal container.

This is one of our favorite, to-go places. Perfectly fried chicken livers and strips, and kind servers.

Kid-friendliness: Cozy restaurant with kind servers who don’t mind kids inside the restaurant.

Gave me the wrong meal, when i didn’t get my breast in the combo, and the chicken wasn’t crispy at all, and try hiring some better staff instead of keeping the ones that don’t do anything right.

My Wife and I ordered a 3 Piece and 5 Piece strip dinner. Your employee could not have been ruder. She said unsweetened ice tea was not available because someone didn’t do there job. So we ordered water. I notice they had made unsweetened tea and I asked if we could get tea that came with our meal. She so rudely said well you asked for water so that’s what you got with your meals! You don’t charge for WATER!! She reluctantly gave me our tea’s and said bring me back the water cause it would make the trash bags to heavy when she has to empty it. Never smiled, welcomed us to Lee’s nothing. We drive from Kirkwood to your store cause we Love Lee’s chicken but I doubt we will be back. Also you strips have gotten small recently. Her
name is Misty C. We dined in.

Love the food but waiting over 30 minutes for “okra” is crazy. My order was literally 2 sandwiches and okra, team seems clueless to what’s going on. I’m not no expert cook but 30 minutes to cook okra doesn’t sound right.

Hands down best chicken in the area. The staff is AMAZING! No matter when I go, everyone has been so friendly! Much better service than others.

After returning home from a take out order I opened my meal and noticed I was shorted food. I tried calling twice, no one answered. So I left my meal so my wife could start eating and return to the restaurant with my receipt. They refused to give me the piece of chicken I ordered, paid for and didn’t receive. I was quoted their policy is they have to have the food??? Amazing the staff makes a mistake and I’m suppose to tell my wife to delay eating for 30 minutes for the mistake she didn’t make. I was treated like a juvenile trying to scam extra food. At 67 and polite, that feels rude, especially since I frequent the restaurant 1-2 times a month. Never again!!
