I ordered 2 cheese burgers with a four piece nugget and a Dr. Pepper, instead of getting 2 burgers I got a chicken sandwich. So I walked back in to get the 2 burgers I ordered with the untouched chicken sandwich and the receipt. The guy at the counter kept on telling me that's what I ordered because it was on the receipt. I kept telling him I didn't order that and you must have misunderstood. He kept telling me that is indeed what I ordered. I asked what does he need from me for me to get the two cheeseburgers. He refused to answer me or give me the two cheese burgers I asked for. I left the store fuming with rage. My child ended up eating it any way because I payed for it and she said the chicken sandwich was disgusting. I forgot to mention as I walked into the dining area it was a construction zone there was dust every where and a wet saw. I'm concerned they even let me walk in there. Also the construction workers where more nice than the people working there. I do not recommend this McDonalds. It is disgusting and the service is the worst.
Kid-friendliness: It isn't adult friendly much less kid-friendly with all the construction.

Despite low expectations, McDonalds never fails to disappoint. I don't visit often, but when I do, I'm reminded why. Almost no one working, 4 customers in the store, order a cheeseburger happy meal for my daughter...over 20 minutes later someone emerges from the back with the order and then disappears. Look inside...no apples, and ordered drink not included...wait 5 more minutes to see a person to get the missing items...it's always the same story. Bad quality food Expensive Terrible service Overall bad experience
My only question is Who visits McDonald's regularly to keep them in business?

McDonald's shame on you for losing sight of who you are. You were, for many years, high value, low price, real basic food. You prided yourself in customer service and a simple menu. Now you are high cost assembly line junk food that we have to purchase from an unreliable app or germy kiosk. You've become a sad symbol of american obesity and cancer.
