Understaffed and incompetent. I have picked up food from here and several times now they take longer than if I went to a real restaurant and ordered food. Whatever they’re doing at this specific store is not it. Only had issues at this location. Cooks never have food ready. Guy working the main line is as slow as a box of rocks. Terrible management.

The food is normal but they messed up our order and gave us someone else's entirely. I called and they said they'd remake our food if I came back so I did. They still left off one of the items we ordered but I wasn't going back a third time.

One of my biggest (if not THE biggest) pet peeves is getting my order wrong. I will never understand how food places so often fail at such a foundational task for a business that sells their expertise in food.

That said, on 10/25, made an order via mobile app. Second order within a week (place is like 5 mins away). I redeemed some points to upgrade from the big plate to the bigger plate (basically 3 entrees instead of 2.

Guess what? To my not so surprise, the kung pao chicken was missing entirely. Yep. That's a 50% failure rate on orders since I've downloaded the app.

So I sent a customer request via the app, and other than an email telling me they are backed up, I've heard nothing back.

So this business over-promises, underdelivers and expects my complaint to go away? Actually yes. I don't plan on spending another dime there. I cannot fathom their inability to provide any degree of customer service.

I'll gladly take my business somewhere else.

Just echoing what everyone else has said. Tried going a couple times after they first opened, not a great experience. Small portions, long waits, service not great. Tried going again recently and it seems they have not improved much since opening.

If you need to call them for any reason they don't answer their phones you will have to call their corporate office plus everytime I've ordered from them they've screwed it up and don't bother leaving any notes on your order they don't read them

Got my delivery order wrong multiple times. Also there is no way to share feedback when an order is wrong. No Store number nor survey number was available on the receipt or the email. This meant that I was not able to send feedback to the store

Portion size was absolutely terrible!! I got honey walnut shrimp (which has an upcharge) and honey sesame chicken in a plate. I got 5 pieces of both. I’m not getting my moneys worth AT ALL. People have complained plenty in the reviews about portion size and it is still a problem. You’re better off buying frozen Chinese food from the grocery store.

I love Panda! I always get a plate with half white rice half noodles, Kung pao chicken, and sweet fire chicken. I recently tried the hot orange chicken and it was delicious but WOW it was hot! So note for future reference.

We’ve placed mobile orders twice while on the way home. Both times the order has been hot and ready. With that being said, it appears they disregard orders to scoop whatever they want. Both orders were entirely incorrect. Beijing Beef showed up as beef and broccoli, orange chicken showed up as some kind of pineapple sesame thing. Shame on us for not double checking, but I suppose my experience would’ve been better if reading comprehension was part of the hiring process.

We was so happy when we got news of this location coming. The happiness left quick after opening. They give the smallest portion ever, always have a hold for something even doing lunch hours. Just was a true waste of time, I vote close it down and have another grand opening because that’s when things was right.

I was beyond excited for this restaurant to open, but I keep having a lackluster experience. My food is cold half the time and I often get the wrong order (fried rice instead of white rice, no sauce on the grilled teriyaki chicken, wrong entree, etc.).
