Extremely disappointed seems like the quality has gone down. My husband and I ate there tonight, ordered zucchini fries, they were so mushy and lacked any sort of flavor. The manager did take them off our bill since we didn’t eat them and was nice about it. We split a house salad, the extra plate given to us was dirty and I had to ask for another, then was brought a plate that was wet. The salad arrived with us having to put our own dressing and Parmesan cheese on. Back in the day they had a whole station where that’s all someone did was mix the salad. My favorite go to dish is pasta con broccoli and it was subpar. The sauce was extremely thin and overall I left mad because it was not what I was hoping to eat. For $60 I expected way more.

I ordered online and the portions for the price is outrageous. You no longer get a side salad with your meal and we didn't get any utensils or butter for our rolls. You also are forced to give a tip if you want to be able to place your order even if you're picking it up.

I ordered food to-go from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The bread arrived completely burnt to the point it was inedible. On top of that, the pasta was nothing like what was described on the menu. It specifically says the bacon comes as “crispy bits,” but what I received was undercooked pieces that were hardly edible. The pasta itself was also dry, with barely any sauce at all.

If you don’t have integrity in the food you’re serving, I can only imagine what the cleanliness looks like in the kitchen or anything else customers don’t see. This shows a clear lack of care and quality control. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

For $45 dollars almost no red sauce on one dish. Creamy sauce on the other dish was watery and pasta was under cooked. Cheese garlic bread was hard as a rock and burnt on both ends. Unbelievable what crappy

Ordered the roast beef sandwich plate online for pickup. Meat was dry and chewy. Bread the same. Pre made? Like eating a piece of roofing tile. Fries were OK. Not worth the $16.99. Next time...Lion's Choice.

Ordered s take out on June 7, 2025. Asked for xtra creamy fettuccine with chicken and spaghetti noodles. Came extremely dry. Chicken flamingo did not have any extra sauce, which as always I offer to pay for. Called -- they are so sorry want to come back or give you a credit. I said credit would be great.
Finally wanted to give it a try again. Gal took the order said she would look for the credit. Came to the car to tell us that we did not have a credit. Really, like I am trying to pull something off. So hubby told them you suck and we went somewhere else. You should have called back!!

Update: Meh, not much different, pretty good food, salad seemed smaller and didn'tbring by many rolls. Still not offering a military/veteran discount and senior discount is only on Tuesday. Humm BTW never got those points from the review below.

Old review: I feel like I just gave $85 away, Merry Christmas Pasta House. I'll also bet the waitress doesn't get the loyalty points on my card either. If they do I'll come back and apologize. Just seems pasta house is getting way overpriced.

Pulled into curbside pick up 2 minutes after order was supposed to be ready according to confirmation email, called the designated number to let staff know we arrived, and proceeded to wait 25 minutes before having to call in again to see what was going on with the order. I was met with no explanation, just they’ll bring it right out. Waited another 10 minutes before calling again where they said they’d be right out. Overall waited 35 minutes at curbside for a careless “sorry for the wait” and no rolls 🙄 gave 2 stars as opposed to 1 because the food I did receive was hot. Mistakes happen, but I’d expect some communication and at least a real apology after spending $80.
