Great food and service. We’ve gone several times and have never been disappointed. Their bacon in particular is a highlight of their sandwiches and wraps.

Best deli in West County! Service is always impressive too! They are busy but she crushes out the orders. Will continue trying new things here because everything I've tried so far has been excellent!

Literally the most mouthwatering pulled pork sandwich there is. You have to get it on an onion roll. Promise you, you will be back the next week for another one.

I love coming here for a Saturday or even midweek lunch. The deli smells are what will hit you first thing as you open up the door. I usually get the Reuben with a side of potato salad. This used to be a jiffy lube but I like it better now that it's Peppers. Very friendly and very tasty food.

Absolutely phenomenal!
Pepper’s Deli & BBQ in Ellisville is hands-down one of the best hidden gems in the area. Their sandwiches are next-level—crafted with care, packed with flavor, and always served fresh. The bacon? Unreal. Smoky, crispy, and perfectly seasoned—it’s the kind of bacon that ruins all other bacon for you.
But the real star of the show? The bison burger. Juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection, it’s a must-try for any burger lover. You can tell they take pride in their ingredients and preparation. The smoky aroma that greets you at the door is just a preview of the deliciousness to come.
The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming. Whether you're grabbing lunch or treating yourself to a hearty dinner, Pepper’s delivers every time.
Do yourself a favor and stop by—you’ll be hooked after the first bite!

We thought the food was quite tasty. As is typical of a lot of sandwich places, the sandwich was pretty large, so we ended up buying one and sharing it. The service was friendly and quick. The tables were not especially clean -- my wife ended up pulling out a wipe to clean ours. The floor wasn't dirty, but looked like it needed to be swept. The bathroom wasn't disgusting, but it was dirty enough that I really didn't want to touch anything. We liked the food, but both wondered if the food prep area was cleaner than the rest of the restaurant. With better cleanliness this place could be a winner. We might try it again in a while. For the moment we both thought other places were better and definitely cleaner.

Brisket tough, lackluster flavor. Comes shredded on a sandwich.

Texas toast not toasted?

Suggest hitting up YouTube vids for selecting, trimming, smoking and serving brisket.

Will used box smoker. Are those direct heat? See photo.

Second star is for no one being openly rude, which seems to be a thing these days.

Fantastic lunch spot! So many great sandwhiches to choose from. My favorites are the garden grinder (add turkey) and the Italian house club. There is a nice outdoor covered patio as well!

Have ordered from Pepper's many times and food has always been great but not today. Sent my daughter for a to go wrap because I thought a wrap would be easiest to share. She ordered a Teriyaki Grill wrap. When I unwrapped the tortilla was sitting in a pool of liquid from the cole slaw and was so soggy it fell apart when I picked it up. No roasted peppers or onions and no smoked mozzarella cheese. No teriyaki sauce. It only had slaw and brisket. The flavor of each was good but not what was expected. The messiness took the enjoyment from it.

I showed up at a Super Bowl party that had this catered. Amazing. Just happened to be the best brisket I’ve had in my entire life
