Go to Scooters everyday, spend between $12-15 a day. Today, I was charged $1.00 for a water. Unreal, very disappointing. I have never been charged for water before, must be new and Starbucks doesn’t charge for water, really? Never again!!!!!

Relatively new to Scooters but wanted to try something different from the usual chain. I can definitely see why the Caramelicious is their signature drink but twice now my hot drink has only been filled half way. The first time I called and the manager was great. Offered me a free drink my next visit which I wasn’t expecting. This time it’s their free shot week and they offered me cold foam. I didn’t know that the cold foam was more than a dollar more but that’s on me. When I got my drink I thought it was a little cold half way down but thought it might be from the cold foam. Checked when I got to work and it’s filled less then half way (below the mouth of the smiley face logo) and with an extra shot. Love the taste but not worth the $7 or $8 with the cold foam

I ordered a plain black coffee and received one with a Hazelnut flavor. While I understand some may enjoy it, Hazelnut isn't to my personal taste. This has happened twice this month. After the first incident, I made it a point to taste my coffee before leaving. Today, I returned and had it replaced, but there was still a hint of the flavor. It seems there might be some mixing of beans or cross-contamination while using same pots or filters without proper washing. I've never encountered this issue at Starbucks in all the years I've been a customer.
