The guy in drive theough was talking really wierd, freaked us out and was rude. We asked for extra sauce and only got 3 packets. Our supreme taco had no tomatoes. We went through drive through again to ask for more sauce and they never came to the window, ignoring us, after seeing us waiting. We will never be returning to this location again. This was the worst we've ever been to.

During my 20 minute wait I had the joy of listening to a foreigner blast his kid crying on Facetime, just to receive my order, drive all the way home and realize they made me a Crunchwrap Supreme with no beef. Just lettuce and cheese. Thanks for the waste of time after what was already an incredibly exhausting and long day.

Let’s start with I had a little bit of a complicated order and miss Sarah B who took the order was very kind, helpful, and patient. Then at the window she was even more kind and offered me a drink carrier. And THEN my order came quick. As if this wasn’t great enough, the experience was heightened when the food was tasted. Fire. Very good. Accurate and good quality. Might be the best T bell I’ve been too. Don’t listen to the other google reviews. 5 stars. Thanks Sarah B.

Truly terrible. I have been to this particular restaurant numerous times and can count on one hand the amount of times they have gotten my order correct. The service is terrible, the food is rarely on par with other taco bells in my general area, and don't even get me started on the insanely overpriced delivery orders. Absolutely abominable, I have never been so disrespected as a customer or as a human than when I choose to eat at this taco bell in particular. Wretched.
Took way too long to get a simple order. My name actually got lost in the database and management didn’t even care to look about until I was screaming at the top of my lungs. It actually took 1 hour and 30 mins to get one order. Horrible experience don’t come here.

It's surely one of the worst Taco Bells I've been to, and I'm 61. The curve is high in West County area... you better bring your A game! Bad service time, bad quality of food, and prices are OUTRAGEOUS! $3 for a burrito supreme...its a standard burrito add tomatoes and sour creme. Still the same amount of "meat paste"!. Lol! My wife hates tomatoes, so just figure how I overpaid. What a shame.

I go through the drive thru most mornings. Staff is great! I am very disappointed that they stopped selling coffee!!! What restaurant does not have coffee on the menu?? Thought this was a ridiculous item to discontinue….
