Tried to order through drive through.
SLOW as can be. No heads up that they’ll be taking my order soon, no customer service of any kind. Waited 10 min to put my order in and gave up. Went next door to Burger King and got my food before the car that was behind me at Taco Bell had even put his order in.

Not sure what happened to this location but it has really gone down hill. It takes the workers 15+ minutes to serve you in the drive-thru. Tonight, they have turned off the menu board. They then told us to wait a minute and look over the menu.....while they waited 10 minutes to take our order. Then, we noticed the employees from Taco Bell walking back from Burger King with his headset on!
Do yourself a favor and drive a little further down the road to the other Taco Bell.

This location used to be great, but the past 4 or 5 times we've tried to come the staff was making it impossible to get an order. Just watched 2 of the employees (yes, the one taking the orders on headset) walk back from Burger King while we sat at the speaker waiting to order. Half the time the door is locked and the other half they act like any cars in the drive thru is overwhelming and you end up waiting 20-30 minutes to get your food.

Made an online order. Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through and they still couldn’t get it right. Bunch of young kids just messing around in the kitchen.
This place was an absolute mess this evening. Did an online order for drive through pick up, get the order and it’s wrong. Went inside to correct the issue and one of the employees was just involving himself for no reason. Over talking the employee actually trying to help. Refunded order, given the food, still incorrect. I get it, Halloween night, it’s busy. But the incompetence level was high. I worked fast food for 9 years. It’s stressful, but it’s not worth getting into with other employees/customers. Don’t send your spouse inside or they will get disrespected.

I placed an order on 10/29/2025 for the $9 craving luxe box. The food was prepared in front of me and wow have they improved. This Taco Bell used to be littered with rancid oil, filthy atmosphere with lousy workers who didn't give a damn about the food but they have upped their game. The flamin hot burrito was done superbly and so was the chicken chalupa. Full of good ingredients. 3 years ago I would've avoided this place like the plague but now I'll be back.

Had a bad experience a few months ago. Decided to try again and just like the last time the order was completely wrong. No one was there the only car and still missed items and others were wrong. Then once I took a bite the ground beef must have been sitting so long it was rock hard. Ballwin location is worth the drive if u live in ellisville wildwood.

I have unpleasant experience picking up a doordash order. I wish taco bell did a better job and employed enough people to do the job. I understand they have stuff to do, but always lacking man power im most taco locations.

we ordered at 11:50 pm our food came at 12:30. The worker who had long greasy hair had his hair out while make our food which was so unsanitary. My crunchwrap was extremely small, and my companions food also apparently tasted weird. when we tried to get the workers attention because we need to pay with cash they just ignored us. Overall horrible food, service and atmosphere.

Food made wrong countless times honestly it’s my fault for still trying. No refunds ever offered. One time was told to come back and ask for it on a specific day only to then be told they had no idea that I had called. A true dark spot for the chain exists on Manchester road.

This Taco Bell always takes soooooo long to get your food you are waiting in the drive thru for atleast 20min EVERY time. It’s at the point where I’m done going there

I’ve been through more Taco Bell drive throughs than I’d care to admit. I’d describe most of the workers I encounter there as friendly, like most folks. Tonight, I worked with the friendliest Taco Bell employee I can ever remember, Carson. Carson may in fact be the friendliest person I have ever met, period. If you are having a bad day and maybe can’t afford therapy, please stop by the Taco Bell in Ellisville,MO and make sure you get to talk to Carson!
