All I wanted last night was a nice crunchwrap supreme and when i recieved it my excitement turned to sorrow as i discovered they decided to dump the rest of their damn lettuce into it. Ive been a loyal late night customer at this tacobell and i cant lie this was an eye opener.

Not that I expect too much from a Taco Bell but the food here is just hideous. No cheese in the cheese quesadillas, no beef in the burritos, taste old like it’s been sitting for a while. Quality of food is horrible.

The food was absolutely amazing, everything was fresh and was not sitting on the frozen line or hotline the drive through person was a little distracted, but it's ok, he was a teenager I understand but this place deserves better reviews

absolutely perfect. great food, workers were great and paid attention to the customers, food was hot, overall a great restaurant. this used to be not the best taco bell, i will admit, but it’s changed and is now very good. don’t trust the old reviews.

Only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. I have visited this Ellisville location several times, because my teenage daughter loves Taco Bell and this location is unfortunately the closest to my house. Everytime I go there I am highly disappointed. The employees and service has always been bad, but twice in the last week it is just completely unacceptable! I am done, I will not go back anymore. Not one employee that works there wants to be there, they are lazy, they are disrespectful and extremely rude. They don’t get the orders correct. The quality of the food is terrible and extremely overpriced. And if you try to make complaint or talk to the manager about anything, they don’t care.
