Whoever owns these stores should be barred from running any sort of business again. Poor reviews for YEARS!

I ordered a cheese quesadilla with "extra cheese"... this is what I got...Good thing I paid extra! It wasn't even edible. Absolutely disgusting.

This locations hours are complete chaos. I guess they leave it up to whoever is closing to decide when the store closes. Could be 10pm, 10:34pm, 11pm, 11:36pm, midnight. You’d have better chances of wining the lottery than guessing correctly what time they’ll close today. There’s no consistency. They often mess up my order I don’t know how many times I can say 4 regular soft tacos and end up with tacos drenched in sour cream to the point that they are inedible. The food cost way too much for there to be consistent issues that they don’t correct. Today I ordered nachos and they gave a dorito taco. Make that make sense! From now on I will be just driving down to the Manchester/Ballwin location. At least their hours are consistent and my food is correct 98% of the timeEdit: owner replied claiming hours of operation I have never seen. I work until 10pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and until 10:30om on Saturday and Sunday and I drive past this establishment everyday on my drive home. Maybe twice a month they will still be open on a Saturday until 11pm but they are never open on a weekday past 10pm. Even when lights are on and cars are in the parking lot if you pull up to order you will either sit forever or they will rudely tell you they’re closed. I once pushed back on this saying I thought they were open until Midnight and the two employees that were sitting at the outdoor tables laughed at me and said they close at 10pm. It’s possible the owner may need to actually visit this restaurant around closing time because they are obviously not aware of (or are simply lying about the fact) that they are rarely open past 10pm and most nights never turn on their outside lights so it’s hard to tell if it’s open at all after dusk. They also didn’t address the issues with my orders being wrong multiple times, you have to go out of your way to add just sour cream to all my REGULAR tacos (and I checked the receipt they were regular tacos and I did fill out an official survey) The owner should be more concerned that customers are receiving the wrong food/ quality that is worst than what you expect from Taco Bell and I work in the service industry I’m not expecting much! Instead all they want to incorrectly correct me on is their hours? The owners obviously have a lot of internal work to do. Both with them actually being present and aware of how this location operates and in their priorities with their customers. The owners response alone is making me wish we could give negative star reviews. Unbelievable. Attaching a photo of their current hours according to Google which is even more restricted than I mentioned. Probably to give those employees wiggle room when no one is willing to work til midnight (and I don’t blame them!)

My rating is based on other Taco Bell stores. My drive-thru experience was pleasant with no wait. The food was correct and tasted good.

I'm so excited to be able to leave a great survey for Taco Bell! Normally it is a rough experience, especially if you dare to eat at the location in Chesterfield. lol This Taco Bell, the one in Ellisville, is the only one I will be trusting in the future. We ordered breakfast online and we were greeted by Manuel. He confirmed they had our order but that it would be a few minutes before it would be ready and he asked us if we would like a water while we wait. I was so pleasantly surprised! It was so nice to experience actual, phenominal customer service! It is getting harder and harder to find good employees who not only show up but show how it should be done. The other times we have ventured to this particular Taco Bell it was just ok, But Manuel made it the best experience I've had at Taco Bell since before Flynn bought it. Whatever that young man is paid, I can assure you, it isn't enought. Give him a raise. He deserves it. Taco Bell DESPERATELY needs more employees like Manuel. He has excellent management potiential! Don't let another company steal him because you were cheap!

This places service is so abysmal it's funny. Like I actually get a kick out of how horrible it is. Almost 2 hours after posted opening time, store is still not serving food. I could go on about how everything here is bad, but why would I. Everyone already knows. Store needs to get new management or to sell the real estate to someone who's competent.

I went to Taco Bell in Ellisville for a quick bite and it was okay. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. I had the Chicken Quesadilla Combo, which was filling and satisfying, but not very flavorful. The quesadilla was a bit dry and the taco was bland. The drink was fine, I chose the Mountain Dew Baja Blast, which was refreshing and sweet. The service was average, not too fast or too slow. The staff was polite, but not very friendly. The restaurant was clean, but not very cozy. The decor was modern, but not very inviting. The music was loud, but not very enjoyable.I would say Taco Bell in Ellisville is a good place to go if you are looking for a cheap and convenient meal, but not if you are looking for a memorable and delicious experience. It is okay, not terrible nor outstanding.

Ordered at dorito loco taco and chicken quesadilla.Took it home to eat but only to be sadly displeased when I looked at the food. My taco barely had any meat, lots of lettuce and no cheese. It did look like someone had put cheese on it and then took it off... My chicken quesadilla had three little pieces of chicken on one side and the rest was sauce and tortilla... please do better. And remember hugs not drugs.

Seem to always get the wrong items in the drive-thru. Right quantity, just wrong items. Low buck dinner, so can't complain too much.

This is the worst Taco Bell location in Missouri. The staff is horrible, besides the friendly person taking your order. Not to mention if you are lucky enough to make it there before they close three hours early. They have their posted hours online but don’t go by those because they close two hours early every night. I would suggest going to Burger King (which is in the same parking lot) 10 out of 10 times over this mediocre establishment. A true disgrace
