“Dairy Shack is always a must when our large family group visits from out of town. This year we had family from 5 states and it was no different. I am impressed at how fast we got our food. I always look forward to Dairy Shack on my visits.”

“We unloaded our camper and went in search of something to eat. We found an amazing BBQ place. I had the meatloaf sandwich, which melts in your mouth! smoked Mac n cheese that was amazing and yummy Cole slaw! We visit this area a few times a year, will definitely be back!!”

“It's always great when somebody who clearly loves food and people starts their own business - we all get the benefit! I was really glad there were options for someone avoiding gluten without having to ask questions (I am not diagnosed celiac, so please ask if you are!) I very much enjoyed the chili fries and the pulled pork nachos while the family chowed down on excellent burgers and fresh-cut fries.”

“The staff at this restaurant are amazing. So friendly and accommodating, a pleasure to interact with. The food was good but hopefully the cook can check the temp of the steaks a liiiiiiitle more accurately. I ordered medium and received rare. I powered through it and it was tasty but really wanted to enjoy it medium. I didn't want to bother sending it back, I was on a time crunch and again, it was good. I'd eat here again if the urge for steak pops up while I'm visiting Eminence.”

“I realize it is busy season but....we just left the restaurant. went early to avoid rush. I believe I counted 8 girls working. horrible service. too busy visiting to wait on us....or maybe they were not sure who had our table. when we got ready to pay there were 2 hostesses at register but they waited for our waitress to take our money. I suggest having one of your older experienced waitresses there with so many inexperienced ones.”
