Just stopped in for a little dessert to celebrate finding the wild horses. Service was excellent - staff so friendly - & the carrot cake was delicious! When we come back to the area, we'll definitely stop in for 'real food' :) !

I ordered the steak special. It was cooked to perfection. The cook knows how to cook a steak. All the food was good. I've never had a bad meal here. Try breakfast. Big selection no matter what time of day you are there.

Such a great little family small town restaurant. We came in for lunch and the menu was small plenty to offer. It was great that it wasn't overwhelming with three different pages. The decor inside was of locals, hunting, fishing, and formula. It was very unique, and we absolutely loved it. We ordered an open base roast beef sandwich, and a cheeseburger no bun as well as a peach cobbler for dessert. Everything was very delicious. The two servers were very nice, and very polite. They gave us lots of camping sites different trails to check out as we told them that's why we were in the area.

Quaint little place. Went here years ago and remember liking it a lot more. This time the food was fine, we did breakfast, coffee was extremely watered down to the point my wife wouldn't even drink it. My English muffin breakfast sandwich was good though.Service was kind of bad. Took a while to even get menus after seating ourselves. Not a single trip to our table to refill any drinks. Wasn't rude, but also wasn't overly friend. Kind of just indifference.Hate to beat up on a small town shop, so this really stings. We will definitely give them another try when we come through again.Parking can be a bit of a challenge because there isn't a ton around.Parking: Parking is not terrible to find, but it's limited immediately around the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They had highchairs.

We got water and lemonade and it tasted horrid! Tasted like chemicals. The manager was very nice and got us new drinks. Took about an hour for our food to be done. When we ate the food, it was very bland. Me and my wife got the chicken strips and it tasted as if the bread was soaked in not hot grease! My son got roast beef on bread with potato and he said it was bland! The only thing good was the crazy Q's, even the lettuce in the salad was turning old. Do not recommend, great hometown Cafe style, just food wasn't that great .Parking: Lots of spots to park at.

TWOINTENTIONS INTENTION

Nice cozy place. Ordered two steaks meals and asked for rare on both. Unfortunately both were well done, meat was tough, and no flavor. The wait person offered to have them cook new steaks, but we declined as we had another commitment and could not wait another 20 minutes for our order. We were hoping they would of offered to discount the meals. The meal did come with a plain baked potato and sides of butter flavor spread, and all you can eat buffet. The coke didn't taste like coke as it was flat and odd tasting. Didn't want to address any of this as it was bad enough that our steak were over cooked.

The manager cleaned a table as soon as we got there so that was very nice, however when we received our food it was cold and was not very good. The French toast was good. The biscuits were also very good. The service was very nice and the waitress was super sweet. I got the western scramble as did my friend and we asked if it came with green bell peppers and was told it did, although when I received mine it did not but hers did. The bacon was not fully cooked and was definitely not appetizing. Short answer, would I eat here again? No. But it wasn’t a bad place just not for us.
