This was a great place to eat with the family. The setting and building is so pretty, and it fits just perfectly in the town. The staff was very friendly and personable, and made every effort to help make our visit pleasant. They even made special pancakes (our four year old proclaimed that they were better than IHOP) for the kids and grilled cheese sandwiches at their request. And, don't miss out of their root beer floats!

This place has been renovated beautifully. It really gives an old time feel and the shakes and malts only add to that. The pricing is very fair in comparison to similar venues. Our food was about average nothing to spectacular, however we only ordered burgers. Our waitress was nice, but seemed confused and we had to repeat ourselves and make a few corrections. All in all I’d go back and try something else on the menu.

I have not had anything that tasted bad. My review is based solely on the fact that as a local I am never able to place a to go order. Since this place opened less than 3 months ago they have had multiple managers and no designated phone number to call. ( I have been given 3 cell numbers total) As a worker in the community I do not have time to walk in to place an order, for convenience sake we need to be able to reach someone at the restaurant to place a to go order to be picked up on our short lunch breaks.

The best restaurant in Eminence! The atmosphere is fantastic and there are so many tables, seating for 2 or 10+. The service was excellent, as was the food! We stopped in for breakfast and we were very pleasantly surprised. The entire place is really clean and they sure know how to cook.Kid-friendliness: Very spacious and they do have options for kids meals.Parking: Ample parking within walking distance.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lot of extra room everywhere. I don't recall about the entrance and I didn't go inside of the restrooms.

Have ate there several times but I love their breakfast the best! It is a beautiful building and they have done an amazing job bringing it back to life! Will definitely go back! Eminence you are lucky to have a lady that wants to improve and save a building with so much history ❣️❣️

Ordered breakfast items. They were out of hashbrowns but offered to create a similar item with cubed potatoes for my wife. It was an acceptable substitute. My "over medium" eggs weren't, still having raw egg white running in them. I didn't complain, as I can eat most anything, but I later learned that they had only recently opened so I probably should have said something as the cook was probably new, as well. Our waitress, Henrietta, was great! Friendly and welcoming, and she served us quickly. The foot came quick and was served hot. Henrietta had some difficulty checking us out, primarily due to the aforementioned food item that they created (it was not a regular menu item). She needed to ask for help and that woman (manager or owner, I'm guessing) could have been a bit more tactful. It was apparent that she was frustrated by Henrietta not yet understanding the modern computer/register, but she shouldn't have schooled her the way she did in front of customers. "I've showed this to you before", and "You can't let the customer see that you're having trouble", were just two of the things that I remember. It was a bit of poetic justice when, near the end of the transaction, this woman hit the wrong key and had to void the transaction and start the whole thing over. :) Anyway, they're new and trying to get a business going in a very old (historic) building and I hope they make it. I'd give them another shot, for sure, but I hope they keep Henrietta around!

Delicious hand scooped ice cream. I had a waffle cone and my husband had a root beer float in a real glass mug! Eat your heart out A&W’s! Lol!They just opened 4 days ago and have done a great job renovating the old place and keeping as close to the original 1920’s decor as possible. I’m told there will be a bed and breakfast upstairs as soon as it is complete. Can’t wait to stay there!
