Went in last night at 5 minutes after 8:00 to get two meatball sandwiches and two steak and cheese and was told that the meatballs had already been taken off the line because the company wants them to shut down the hot wells at 8:00 p.m. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Arrived at 8:02pm on a Thursday evening. The 2 employees behind the counter didn't bother looking in our direction. Asked if they were closed and they finally looked over and replied that they were open until 9pm. Asked for a meatball sub and was told the meatballs were put away (nearly 1 hour before closing time). While paying for a sandwich (that wasn't even what we wanted because the meatballs were already "put up") one employee was dragging the chip rack behind us to put away for closing. Don't bother stopping here. Go to Subway in Jeff or Osage Beach instead.

Came during lunch and had a chicken bacon ranch which was amazing. Everyone there especially Robin was friendly and had no problem making my sandwich just the way I wanted it.
All of the containers on the line are coated in ice. Veggies are freezing because the temp is set to low. I asked her to get fresh lettuce because I could see the lettuce being offered did not look good. She mixed it around and said it all looks like that. Same with the spinach. It was wilted and the cucumbers. Totally understand that veggies spoil but I requested her to get fresh and she said no. ?
